Upon a clear reading of Quran 654, Allah explicitly allows Muslim men to not only marry prepubescent girls, but to have sex with them too.
As for your women who have despaired of further menstruating, if you are in doubt, their period shall be three months; and those who have not menstruated as yet. And those who are with child, their term is when they bring forth their burden. Whoso fears God, God will appoint for him, of His command, easiness. (Quran 654)
The key word phrase here is "and those who have not yet menstruated which in 99.9% of cases can only mean little girls. The iddah (waiting period) refers to the amount of time a divorced Muslim woman/girl must wait after remarrying to ensure that she is not pregnant. This is to determine the fatherhood of her child, assuming she was pregnant after being divorced.
Note The iddah is only applicable to Muslim women/girls who have had sex whilst married to their ex-husbands. Quran 3349 is clear that there is no iddah for the woman/girl who has not had any sex whilst being married.
O believers, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you touch them, you have no period to reckon against them; so make provision for them, and set them free with kindliness. (Quran 3349)
What does this all mean? Well, since married girls who have not been "touched" (i.e. had sex) do not have an iddah, this means that in Quran 654, the prepubescent girls who do have an iddah must by necessity have had sex with their former husbands before being divorced.
Now, I am aware that most of you are Quran Only Muslims, but even going back to the earliest records of Islam, from the earliest tafsirs and the earliest books of fiqh, every Islamic scholar has interpreted "and those who have not menstruated as yet" in 654 as meaning prepubescent girls. (and for those who have no courses...) as for His saying...Every other classical exegete up until the modern age interprets this verse the same way. And even if you reject all the tafsir/fiqh/ijma, even then there can only be one possible meaning from a plain reading of the text - that Islam allows Muslim men to marry and have sex with their prepubescent wives and that these underage girls also have an iddah.
My question to all the Quran Only Muslims reading this, especially the women, is that how can you remain a Muslim when the Quran essentially allows pedophilia?

Peace.Please read your own text. Girls who cannot menstruate are either prepubescent or menopausal. Menopausal women have already been addressed in the beginning of the verse. 654 clearly says that prepubescent girls have a waiting period, i.e. they have had sex (been raped) by their former husbands, as prepubescent girls cannot consent to having sex.

Red herring. Irrelevant comment. A woman who has an irregular period still has an iddah as long as she has had sex with her former husband as per Quran 3349.

"Those who have not menstruated" means prepubescent girls. Menopausal women have already been addressed in the first half of the verse, in the second half, prepubescent girls are being addressed. It is a very simple deduction.

Dude, you are coping hard. THOSE WHO DO NOT MENSTRUATE can only mean menopausal women or prepubescent girls! Both classes of females are addressed in 654! Jesus Christ.

Yes, and this is all you can fall back on. Every tafsir, every classical scholar of the Sunnah, every book of fiqh from the Mukhtasar Al-Quduri to the Reliance of the Traveller agrees that prepubescent girls can be married/slept with. For 1400 years, Islamic scholarship has interpreted 654 this way.
All you have, is to fall back on your own singular interpretation which can ultimately mean anything if you choose to reject authority like most Quranists.

When the Quran talks about women or marriage of a women it is talking about women who are able to bear child. These ages can range from ages under 18 and up. I don't know what your religion is but if you are a Christian you should know that when Mary had Jesus she very likely had him under the age of 18 years old. Most Biblical scholars would tell you this because this was the normal age of bearing children for most young women since the dawn of civilization.
Young women who were capable of bearing children got married at a very young age. The Jews did this, the Christians did this and so did the Muslims. This was perfectly acceptable practice for all Abrahamic faiths and many civilizations for centuries. So if you are a Christian and you refuse to accept this you are shaming every messenger, prophet for doing something that was perfectly acceptable and normal under the Scripture and God.
You are no God. Just as women are not equal to men and are placed lower then men you may not like what God has allowed but you are no position to question what he has allowed. If you do so, you do so incurring severe consequences.
Back to the text, Sura 654 is taking about women who have the capability to bear children. This does not mean only woman over 18. This notion of 18 being the acceptable age for marriage is a radical modern fabrication that has never been the norm for 99.9% of all cultures on earth for centuries. Pedophilia to me is what the Jews allow in the Talmud. In the Talmud, a man could have sex with child as young as 3 years old! Such acts are disgusting, and unlawful and it those kinds of acts that should be condemned by society and anyone that does such a thing should be killed. Rape is unacceptable. This goes for ALL ages. These are the acts that deserve death. However I refuse to condemn Moses, Abraham, Issac, Jacob or David for marrying any young women under the age of 18 which was perfectly normal. God did not condemn them. And neither will I.

Marriage is a big responsibility. No woman can be married without authorisation from her parents/guardians.

Peace.Exactely. There are two classes of women that are mentioned in the Quran.
• Non-independent Women
• Independent Women
Non-independent women fall under the bracket of women that have no resources or means to gain resources. In modern terms this is akin to an unemployed women who is still dependent on others namely their guardians. In order to earn her hand in marriage you need to go through her parents to make a request.
Independent women fall under the bracket of women who had resources. In modern terms this is akin to an employed women who is not a dependent. These women I reckon you will not need permission from her parents to ask to marry. I may be wrong on this, God knows best. But my understanding is that if you are an independent individual you don't need the permission of your family to marry someone seeing as you're responsible for yourself...hence the term independent.

When you are divorcing the women (إذا طلقتم النساء) ...A man marries a girl who has not yet menstruated
in order to divorce her while she has not yet menstruated.
Right?Is he in his right mind
if the girl is healthy in terms of menstruation,
so will have her firtst menstruation (menarche)

You have mistranslated 65/4, it does not say "who have not yet menstruated" but who have not menstruated.
654 With regards to your women who have given up on menstruation, should you be in doubt, then their interim
shall be three months, and that also applies to those who have not menstruated. As for those who are pregnant,
their term ends upon giving birth. Whoever reveres God, He makes his affairs easy for him.Some women have what is called Amenorrhea, a hormone imbalance.

you have chosen a translation that uses the word “yet”, not all translations do so. the “yet” is an inserted word. most translations say “those who have not menstruated” or “those who do not menstruate”. there are grown adult women who do not have periods, this is not about children. look into the Quran and you will see God does allow mistreatment of women or girls. please do not use fake activism to slander Islam.
