    Salam brothers!

I have a question about Rashad Khalifa, appreciate any answers.

Did he claim that his Quran translation (the latest he released) was authorized by God Himself (or guided/inspired or something similar)? If so, then wouldn't this mean that he's saying that it's a perfect translation? Since it's God we're talking about here...

I was listening to his last speech on youtube and heard something but I don't know where exactly he said what I think I heard....

No devine translations.... Just cuz one translate a quran doesnt mean he is a Messenger..
The Quran which was revealed in arabic is Quran and devine if you prefer... Guidance from it from Allah is the guidance... And He knows who is guided aright... But as per what is written in his articles, his only intention was to follow Quran... In whichever way he followed it it's up to God.. Same with anyone who takes Quran or God's book alone...butveith pure intention..

        Salaam

https//19.org/blog/rashad-translation/ here they said he never claimed it.

Rashad was a false messenger https//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=9611815.msg438046#msg438046

It does not matter what Rashad said or I say or any other human say. It only matters if what anyone says conform with Qoran and can be checked that it is in Qoran and can be confirmed by each individually checking Qoran.

Now is a translation an interpretation of GOD s words from the Arabic language? Then it is open to argument and scrutiny because it is not GOD s original words.

If Rashad said his translation is inspired and perfect, it becomes irrelevant because he also said to follow only Qoran which Qoran clearly agrees with this..
So we go to Qoran and check for ourselves by study, comparison and seeking GOD s help because GOD said in Qoran that He teaches and explains Qoran to the sincere
And issue with men s words will be solved by Qoran itself . If it conforms and agrees with Qoran then one is following Qoran. If it does not then it is rejected.
          GOD bless.
          Peace.
