Can anyone tell me what is men's Awrah and women's Awrah as per the Quran.

If going by the Qur'an, both men and women should cover their private parts, and women should also cover their breasts.

Salam bro,
So a woman can show her thighs and men show their chest. And both men and woman can wear tights that shows her the outline of her body and Aman wear tight t-shirts to show his physique.
I know a woman is required to cover her chest and guard her private parts and not to walk In way as to attract attention
But I have a don't understand what constitute Awrah and zinnathuna.
As per my understanding I take zinnathuna as all extra stuff that can make a woman more beautiful. This can be makeup and ornaments.
What is your understanding brother.

2430 say to those believers (males)
lower they of from eye sights theirs
and guarded they of intimate parts theirs2431 and say to those believers (females)
lower they from eye sights (gazes) theirs
and guarded they (Furūjahunna) intimate parts theirs
and not divulged they (Zīnatahunna) adornment theirs except what apparent from it

My comprehensive understanding as of now… first of all no way a woman can show her breast to anyone in day-to-day life ….
Zinath is used in many places and depends on the context of verses… Though the core meaning is not anything else it is like splendor… what splendor is the concern for you when it comes to a woman… fair enough call.. Every creature has its splendor be it moving creatures or not.. The Woman is created like any other creature with her natural splendors and does not necessarily she should subdue them… for example, a normal woman may have a natural smile, laughter, sumptuous way of talking, walking style, beautiful expressions, body shape and so on that are naturally inbuilt with her and she wants to live with it.. But these are splendors or simply beauties of her which makes her a complete womanly splendor by nature and these do attract the attention and subject to admiration of others. But Allah doesn’t want such characteristics to be exposed to anyone other than those mentioned in the list.. So, in public, she has to redefine her characteristics restricting herself (unnecessary physical exposure, expressions and behaviors, etc.) within a frame that could unnecessarily bring forth attention and admiration or evil thoughts for others. If she behaves identically and maintains all her natural characteristics which she used to with her family background that won’t help her in a broader sense since everyone’s vision of her is not the same as hearts are evil for most people. But she is not blamed for what naturally exposed her even after her confinement intentionally..
In a nutshell, don’t try to behave to draw the attention of others save what is on the list.. for the family splendors of a woman that is pleasing to the heart and eyes so she can be natural, and no need to please the public similarly..My understanding is subjected to constructive criticism but logically that’s what Allah has explained in the Quran in one phrase (La Yobeedu Zinathhunna/ don’t reveal your splendors).. I remain with that understanding..
Now one would wonder, what a woman should typically wear is it as traditional Muslims do wear.. No.. but a modest dress and that’s what sounds from the Quran.. her dress choice is one of the SPLENDORS (ZINATH) but it depends on her choice and whether it attracts the attention and admiration and evil thoughts of others unnecessarily and if that’s the main reason she opted to wear them as well.. That’s the difference in intention.. Zinath is free for human beings to use.. Zinath is of Allah’s blessings.. but how to use is what matters.. More than dress code, a woman can attract especially men in many ways as I explained above… So she is not free to expose her splendors..
But note well, Allah has not given that much weight to these simple instructions and is not subjected to punishment.. Allah looks at the hearts of people i.e. intention… Allah has recommended that women benefit indirectly but depending on diverse societies and social acceptances its strength of benefit.. But Allah’s recommendations always help if we use them as believers especially.. -
