Human beings are vulnerable to false representations of reality that can appear attractive, persuasive, and even materially beneficial.
The book shows how a false representation of reality, when built into financial institutions, can produce structural harm over long time horizons.

Today, there is no real money in the old sense — only debt-money. Every new dollar enters the system when someone borrows. Money is created as someone’s debt out of thin air, with interest baked into the obligation.
But the interest portion is not created with the loan. So the system needs new debt to service old debt and keep the chain moving.

Because the system is built on debt-money, the money supply expands, inflation erodes savings, debt burdens accumulate, and wealth flows upward.
The system enforces fixed, legally binding, compounding claims in a world that does not compound.

What collapses under ribā is not morality alone, but mathematics itself.

The book takes the reader through a rigorous pan-textual analysis to demonstrate why modern interpretations do not align with the Qurʾān’s firm position on this controversial subject.
