Is Salaat something other ??????????

Salaams all,

I came across this ayah and wondered how people who think contact method/salaat, is something between them and God only.

Supposing you have fractured your leg or something else you know of ?can this ayah apply to you and how do you seek the help.

And seek help through patience, and the contact-method. It is a difficult thing, but not so for the humble.

For people who think it?s the traditional salaat.
For people who think it?s reading/studying the quran aloud or in your mind.
For people who think it?s just a psychological experience of attachment to God or something.

Or can it be a meeting with other people, where you exchange ideas/advice / and thereby make commitments and/or choose a path which you wasn?t aware of maybe but someone else points it out .
