How do you know? Does he pray, fast, follow the Quran, and speak positively of it? Then he is not an idolator, and surely if he is enthusiatic about Islam, he is not one who follows his lust/satanist/idolater either.

And come not near to unlawful sex. Verily, it is a Faahishah (i.e. anything that transgresses its limits a great sin, and an evil way that leads one to hell unless Allaah Forgives him)?

The adulteress and the adulterer you shall whip each of them a hundred lashes. Do not be swayed by pity from carrying out GOD's law, if you truly believe in GOD and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness their penalty.

The adulterer will end up marrying an adulteress or an idol worshiper, and the adulteress will end up marrying an adulterer or an idol worshiper. This is prohibited for the believers

According to the Old Testament, a rapist should be forced to marry the girl he violated. This rule punishes the victim to share the rest of her life with the violent and shameless man who violated her (Deuteronomy 2228-30). How can this and many other unjust laws be imposed by a Just God

              Peace sister Soraya,

All have rights to have a divorce, God doesn't forbid divorces.

But the best way is to write a marriage contract before the marriage take place, if both agree about what is written then no surprises should enter that easily. A man could claim for a virgin woman and a woman could for example claim that her husband only take one wife or she will have an divorce.

              Maria

24-6'9As for those who accuse their wives, without any other witnesses, then the testimony may be accepted if he swears by GOD four times that he is telling the truth. And the fifth (time) that the curse of Allah be on him if he is one of the liars And it shall avert the chastisement from her if she testify four times, bearing Allah to witness that he is most surely one of the liars; And the fifth (time) that the wrath of Allah be on her if he is one of the truthful.

Why does the above commandment/procedure is meant to work one way? could some body check the grammar please? Is it He and She only, at appropriate places , or is it suppose to work both ways?

                    Peace

Wel personally I would never know if my husband had affairs before marriage..nor am I interested to know abt his past either..

I abhor any man or woman who does anything like this when they do have a spouse because it is a total show of disrespect and falsity. I would be interested in my spouses past and present doings because if that person cheated on you and decided not to say anything you could be the one who did nothing wrong and catch some STD.

But if am talking generally,if a girl did so and out of fear she doesnt say she is not a virgin, and on her nuptial night the guy find out,IS HE ALLOWED TO GIVE TALAK TO HIS WIFE?

If you're not a virgin you should not be scared to admit it to your mate! Why are you afraid to be open with this guy? If there is any personal guilt you have for betraying your God through fornication you need to come to terms with the Forgiving and abate with any further fornication.

                    Joe

Honesty is one of the most important factors in a relationship. Telling lies can turn into a viscious cycle. Its best to be open, truthful and upfront instead of pretending to be someone your not. sun
