Tanveer is the Arabic word "Tanweer" with the letter "Waw" (pronounced wa). The "Waw" is sometimes changed into a V in few Muslim non-Arab, Asian countries like Iran for example. Arabic alphabet does not have the letter V.
Tanweer means Enlightenment.

I am guessing, LT is prolly from India or Pakistan, and Taj is prolly Arabic ! but then these are pure conjectures !!Regards,
