Khi- Salam. The ONLY one ever known to be 'ghulaaman zakiyyan' in the Quran is Jesus. Therefore it is logical for me to conclude that he is special and born without sin unlike the rest of us. My point is further strengthened by the fact that he was assigned prophethood from the very beginning and that he could perform a multitude of miracles which no other single Prophet or man has been known to perform. However since GOD tells us not to make distinction amongst his messengers, although He Himself has raised some above others, i will not say that Jesus was better than any other Messenger of GOD.
Anyway, I do think you are moving in the proper direction. I will share my understanding so you can ponder it.
Isa, son of marium, is the faculty(divine force) of the Human WILL. It is the WILL that gives us the ability to CHOOSE to follow the God, without it, we are following emotions like animals.
Malaika, which is wrongly translated as "angel" refers to the controlling faculties/forces within us.
Marium represents our Spirit/Minds(Nafs is feminine), which we must take away from tradition (Mary withdrew from family) so that the God's WILL can be born within us. As long as we "follow what are fathers followed" we will be trapped in imitation. We have to escape that and start to use our WILL to guide us rather than base emotions.

Hence the danger of overload which could lead to insanity. And yes we are responsible. Lemme give you a example. If a person commits a murder under full conscious. He doesnt get caught for years. A year after committing the murder he has a car accident which causes him to forget his murder. Now he has been found guilty after another year. Or the same with cigaretes, hoarding money, or any addiction.
Solomon used the shayteen(emotions) to work for him, he was not controlled by them, and therefore had a "kingdom" like no other.

Khi- Salam. The 1st is symbolic. Notice LIKE cattle(KAL an'aam). 'ka' in Arabic is used to indicate a LIKENESS or allegory. This is NOT the case with the apes and swines. In 560 it is 'ja'ala minhum alqirada wal khanaazeer' without 'ka' or likeness ndicating a direct turning into. In 265 and 7166 we have 'koonu qirada' i.e. 'become apes' NOT 'become LIKE apes'. See the difference? I believe that those people were physically turned into apes and swines and that's why we see today that the gene code of both these animals are very similar to those of humans. According to the law of thermodynamics it is possible that the human body degrading over the ages turns into a lower species BUT NOT as evolutionists claim the other way around. Thus even from the logical point of view this makes much more sense. Monkeys and pigs are nothing but rotted humans. Just like a car if left to rust in a garage over many years.
I believe GOD intervened and manipulated their genes to show those unbelievers a lesson. GOD Bless! -

Khi- Salam. I believe coz such interventions by GOD happened only in the past i.e. before the revelation of the last and final message i.e. Quran. But who knows strange things are still going on in the world. I agree that under normal conditions GOD does not intervene but the people of Israel were blessed by GOD above all nations at that time and those who have been given high staus also have a higher responsibility

Why do you think that Adam's expulsion can be generalized to all mankind being born into this Earth caused by similar reasons? Does it not run counter to the common understanding that Adam is a unique case?
