hajj,masjid al-haram and our deen

Peace all. I would like to put forward some ideas on certain topics so as to clarify/correct my own understandings and to benefit others,with the permission of god.
Hajj signifies a dialogue/debate/strong proof informing/explaining to people who disregard or are unaware of gods role in their life.(quran 2258,2226-27).(the role of prophets and all believers?)
Masjid al-haram are those behaviours you must acknowledge(in thought and deed) that are forbidden(except under compulsion,and even then within just/rational limits)because they are/can cause harm to people. we are told that avoidance(not going close to these harmful situations) of these behaviours is our goal wherever we are or in whatever situation we are in,the exception being compulsion.(2150,928,4237)
Following on from this,our natural inclination(fitrah)that we have been created with is not to harm/be unjust to others or oneself and this is our conscience. The deen(obligation/bond/requirement) is not to change this just inclination installed by god,(3030) .Otherwise we follow desire instead of guidance and commit zulm(oppression,harm,injustice) to self and mankind and create fasad in the earth.(harm and disorder to humanity).
The goal is to be just and benefit humanity in the light of gods guidance.
