Nudiya is passive voice and you omitted to translate the prefix "li". I don't think this is the best translation for the verse.

And you're right about 6211. Prophet was the only one ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN SALAT (link/contact) and believers were to participate in it. Leaving traditional salat (prayer/namaz) while it is being done is hilarious.
