Make the backup of the disccusion into DVD

Peace all my brothers and sisters,

I believe the information / discussion that we can find here is priceless. So much of great information that we can hardly find anywhere else, I would like to suggest the website management team to make a backup copy of data into a dvd and give all the members here the option to buy it. This is very important as we don't know what will happen to this board in the future...Losing all the data is like losing one big library with books that can't be found anywhere else...

I'll try and look into it. When I back up the database of this forum, it usually converts it to 'Notepad'. Thanks for the suggestion. And Welcome to the forum

That is an excellent idea. If a DVD backup is possible, could it be useable offline? Anynone know?

Yeah! That is what I was trying to say..hehe..in malay, worthless and priceless give us the same meaning and I am too used to the word worthless..Hehehe..sorry for that and thanks for correcting me D
