Questions and opinion about Salat and prayer

Hello brothers and sisters. Peace be upon everybody. My first question is where in the Koran is it written that you should perform salat in Arabic the way every Muslim performs nowadays and who performed it first and suggested whats to be said in it. If Muhammad performed it then why would he say this at the end of the prayer? Or is it suggested by people.

O Allah, be gracious unto Muhammad and the people of Muhammad"What about Jesus, Moses and all other prophets? What about the rest of 80% population of people? Arent they Gods creation too? They are more successful, well mannered and clean then Muslims. Doesnt this prove that muslims are calling Muhammad the partner of God. Every muslim says this in his/her prayer, if god wanted it this way he wouldve surely blessed Muslims. Why do we have to face the Kabba? Doesnt this also prove that basically they are worshipping Kabba and Arabic language. Where is the love and rememberance of God? When a person is born he is forced to learn the Quran in Arabic by heart without even translating it, instead they should first let them learn the meaning behind it. They brainwash all the people by telling them to do salat in Arabic or else go to hell. Muslim perform the Arabic Salat 5 times a day and treat everyone with dishonesty, injustice, cheating and hatred. They think God loves them and by doing such they'll go to heaven but they fail to realize is what theyre doing is wrong and god doesnt like the hypocrite person instead it will take them to Hell. Guess what Satans hard at work. Tell me how can a non-Muslim embrace this horrible act? Theyre not to be blamed. I can only pray God lead them to the right direction.
I dont know what to say, the only thing thats right to me is Koran because its never changed. Sometimes im suspicious about Koran aswell because of so much hatred and violence shown towards non-muslims. My last question is whats everyones opinion about Salat according to Koran, what should we say in Salat? How many times? And do we really have to face the Kabba which is ridiculous? What does the Koran say about it?

The word that is commonly put in front of "salat" in al-quran is "aqimu". Some people translate this as "perform". The way it is used in al-quran implies something different however.
To prove this point, here is every occurrence of the relevant derivative of aqama (verb form IV) that is not used with the word "salat". The reason for this is that without the word "salat" there, it may help remove our bias and gain a better understanding of the word.
As you will hopefully see, it more closely means "uphold/maintain/establish" and as you can see from most (if not all) of those occurrences it refers to something already there, something you already have (which makes sense logically too). Quite simply, God is asking us to establish/maintain/uphold it.

JK- Absolutely and s.org supports this. It was insipred to Abraham and his sons who were the 1st ones taught directly by GOD how to perform salat. Thus it was already there when the Quran was revealed and GOD commands consistently to uphold it while many a generations have lost it there has always been one through which GOD preserved it's physical methods. Salaams to all!
I've read every article on this link, and it REALLY helped me clarify salaat and wuduu. As a Muslimah taught by Salaafi's, I had a different notion of salaat than what is actually stated in the Qur'aan.
I do say that if one is seeking the Truth, one should visit this site and read the articles. They give a clear, Qur'aanic picture of how and when salaat and wuduu is to be made, and even that salaat was handed down to us from Ibrahim and even Isa made salaat.
