WHATS HAPPENED WITH THE SERVER

Hello, as many of you noticed - the site went down. This was meant to be seamless however we ended up with some dud IP addresses that were not added correctly.
This sites server is now with a managed server datacenter in which all our servers have been moved to. in a time where hacking etc is popular we felt to need to step up the service and secuirty. This server is monitered 24/7 with secuirty updates been applied regularly. Giving us peace of mind. -
A day! thank god for that. It is such a massive task. Once the server migration had completed it wsa essential to move the IP straight away so that the old server wasn't collecting new data - but appears a day of old server forum was still been used.
Sorry. We are now in secure hands long term.

How often is a back-up of the data made now?
If it is not daily, then perhaps it could be taken in turns by admin to back it up, making it daily.
Also, I do not see why if you knew you'd be switching to a data center, you did not make an up to date back-up and then disable the site until the move was complete.
