Hi MZ357,
where the devil are you getting this from"The prophet "
where does it mention the prophet?
and if its a he or a she does it matter?
Ok, so Who was it mentioned in that hadeeth? Who stoned the 'she mean person' along with other mean persons? Who was 'I' in that hadeeth? Care to specify?
I was of the understanding that the hadeeth were the sayings/deeds of prophet Mohammed?
Peace!

Hello
This hadith about the monkey being stoned was discused in details on an extreme sunni web site
The hadith is in Bukhari books 100%
However many there including the sunni themselves concuded that this hadith must be a lie as the animals can't be held accountable to their sins, as simple as this
peace to all

Salaams Br.
you said"Ok, so Who was it mentioned in that hadeeth? Who stoned the 'she mean person' along with other mean persons? Who was 'I' in that hadeeth? Care to specify?
"checking the original hadith in the Bukhari it is "Narrated 'Amr bin Maimun"
who is the narrater and it is not from the prophet - so all hadiths are not the prophets as some of us take them to be.And again no one is silly enough to believe any one that a guy stoned a monkey by joining other monkeys - its not a thing which anyone will believe but -it is a mistrans to me anyway as i explained.
Salaams.

Peace Mz357,
checking the original hadith in the Bukhari it is "Narrated 'Amr bin Maimun"
who is the narrater and it is not from the prophet - so all hadiths are not the prophets as some of us take them to be.So, U r saying some person named 'Amr Bin Maimun' was stoning ''she mean person'' along with other ''mean persons''? That doesnt make any sense either. And btw, who cares?
And why do we need to care what this ''Amr Bin Maimun'' did thousands of years ago? What if he even stoned monkeys? How is it of any significance now? What relevance does it hold?
Why are we to waste time over what some person supposedly did thousands of years ago?
Peace!

Salaams Br.
its history Br.
if one can learn from history good and well , but if you don't its still okay.
Knowledge even of our past is good - i think tells us a bit of what we did and didn't.
Salaams.

Salaams Agent,
Here is the jew you want to kill or not want to kill,
It is taken from Volume 4, Book 52, Number 176 & 177 of the Sahih Bukhari edition of the Hadith. The title of this chapter is, "Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)"
Volume 4, Book 52, Number 176
Allah's Apostle said, "You (i.e. Muslims) will fight with the Jews till some of them will hide behind stones. The stones will (betray them) saying, 'O 'Abdullah (i.e. slave of Allah)! There is a Jew hiding behind me; so kill him.' "
Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177
Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."
From lanes and qd.Yahud = returning from good to evil or vice versa (often).
Hajara = To deprive from/harden/hide/prevent/hinder/prohibit access.
? The Hour will not be established until you fight the evil doer?s and until their protector who protected evil doer will say . "O Muslim! There is a Yahud whom I have been protecting, kill him."
I think we aought to look at the yahud what things they carried out in the quran to really define them.
Have you seen people giving up evil people they often hide?I have and often too.
The world is full of people who call them selves various things ,good for them .Mind its their actions which count.
Salaams.
