why do jinns possess human

why do jinns or demons whtever possess human beings , y do they trouble them by goin in their body and by torturing them,
is their anyway out or any cure for a human who is possessed
are we right now at the moment safe and sound from such evil things
after reading the true story of anneliese michel i got very freaked out , i mean she waz just a normal person like anyone of us , and all of sudden she started seeing devilish visions around her and wht all not n then her condition became so worse tht she started biting her own family members , started self mutilation ,drink her own urine ,wouldnt eat anythin and finally starved to death ,
wht did all this happen to her , i believe tht she was really possessed by some supernatural creatures
whts a gurantee tht such a thing wont happen to anyone of us n if it happens how should we get rid of itthis thought has been haunting me for a quite a long time now pls do tell wht u pple think abt it

Possibly she seeked the Jinn help? if this is the case then possibly she mnaged to contact them and could not get rid of them, I know for ceratin that after contacting the Jinns it is going to be very hard to get rid of them, I believe the Quran said something similar
Another possiblity that she suffered from a new mental diseases and humans don't know it yet
Regarding your fear that it may happen to you, just keep the faith in Allah and never try to gain the knowledge in how to contact the Jinns and you should be fine
The Jinns can't harm the "Mukhlasin"

peace folks,
my experience, when i was aroud 20 yrs old. i heard frm someone abt reciting 'sura jinn' and need permission from 'alim (big mullah)' inoder to contact jinn. since i didnt knew anyone i started to recite few times a day.
then one day i had this terrible dream; i heard continously someone knocking heavly our main door, i want to getup from bed but i cant, i want to turn otherside i cant. i felt some force holding me tight.next thing i remember i woke up very scared, went to see if someone is at the door. but it was a dream, soooooooo relieved D
in morning i told everyting to mom and she said, dont do things of which u no knowledge.its been 15yrs now and i could still recall, how i wanted to turnover in bed but couldnt and tht force which was holding me.
it was only a dream or the outcome of my reciting, i dont know but thereafter i never tried.

I think this person was psychologically troubled and possibly delusional. Schizophrenia comes to mind. There is zero evidence, barring the anectdotal, that supports any assertion that one can be possessed.
Think about it, why would Allah create some spirit that goes around hijacking people's bodies from them. It makes no sense whatsoever.
We need to get past this dogmatic thinking. The only evil that exists is that which is within, as a result of straying from the path of Allah. So long as you're doing the right thing on a consistent basis, you have nothing to worry about.
Psychological disability is a bit more complex as it usually involves some sort of trauma or imbalance, both of which can usually be treated if diagnosed properly.
As for dreams and such, we must realize that we're dealing with different states of consciousness/subconsciousness. Occasionally, one gets caught in between, and the result may seem frightening. But everything that we're not used to can seem frightening.

i also agree with that becasue i myslef had experiences with "jinns" but i admit before i was muslim i was shortly involved with witches and devil worshippers and made a few mistakes seeking help from jinns and the devil etc
they did used to respond to me and do things for me during that time but when i left that group of bad friends at 15 when i became born again chrsitian they kept bothering me alot
they had big influences over my life and things in my life
but no so much after being muslim
i can recognize they are still around but i am no longer"hyponotised" or confused by there actions or whispers since i became a quran alone muslim
not referring to when i ws a sunni or shia or whatever before finding quran alone before finding quran alone i was still having issues with them
and even sought a wahabi selafi shekihk to help me rid of this jinns
they told me something odd about my case and they could not rid me of them
i was told this is my test from Allah
i didnt believe that
but was stuck with my problems but after coming to God alone i am no longer affected like before by them
of course there are still dreams that come true
and some bad things but i no longer am confused by it
i am no longer afflicted by it
as much
its like i can recogize it now kind of like they have no power over mewhere as before they did have great influence and power over me but i didnt realize how to make it stop
untill i beleived in God alone now i KNOW 100 the words of ALLAH are enough for me
the proof is in the pudding as they say
the proof is in the fact that GOD says in the quran that they have no power or influence over those who are beleiversand this is true in my case

I do not know if a jinn can psses a persons body but i do know my from my experiemce that ones mind can be "filled" or possesed in the sense of being possed or overwhlemd by many many jinns at once trying to influence you etc
i know how difficult it can be for this girl i never drank urine or anything but i did before islam have some issues directly after having been seeking help from jinns bad mistake but its in the past
and they do over take or posses your thoughts
try to make you hate yourself GOD and make you kill yourself or cut yourself again no one can force you
but when your not a muslim i dont think your protected from them like when your a muslim
becasue i have never done anything since becoming muslim
never cut myself or tried to kill myuself or anything
becasue it became like i was immune to there influence after being a true muslim alhamdillah
i dont care what anyone thinks i know im not a psy patient
i have been evaluated
and no im not crazy i dont take meds or go to the funny farm or antyhing it was a horrible period in my life in which i should of never sought help from the jinns
ignorance was my excuse but i no longer am ignorant of GODS WORDS
so i am no longer affected in the way i once wasanything people cant beleive they reject usually
the people thought the prophets were crazy or liars or etc
becasue i think those who carry truth most can not accept since they imagine or see it
but God knows
so no one should have to prove anything to them
for GOD KNOWS THE TRUTH THAT I SPEAK
so HE is all that matters
