How do we give The God a good loan?

Let me give some ayats first (QXP)
512 ..."I am with you so long as you follow the Divine Commands, spend your wealth for the community, believe in My Messengers, assist them, and give a beautiful loan to Allah...
5718 Behold, the men and women who stand true to their proclamations of belief and lend a goodly loan to Allah, they will be repaid manifold. And theirs will be a generous reward.
7320 ...And establish the Divine System and set up the Just Economic Order. And lend unto Allah a goodly loan...
Well, how we actually do it though? In FM translations, it is said "loan of righteousness" or "loan of goodness" which have slightly different meaning to me. But still how would you do it?

The purpose of us purifying our nafs is so he God can manifest through our vehicle. That is the loan, our vehicles. Or we could trade that to indulge in our likes and dislikes, our desires, etc. And the God will not manifest through us. The God comes into the world through man.

My thinking at this moment is that this "loan" could not be something physical such as monetary loan. I mean, He is The Rich, surely He does not need my material wealth. That leaves me with my spiritual wealth.
I agree with you that the loan is our nafs, and that by doing zakat and jihad, we could achieve the purification of our nafs. In short, I think that the "beautiful loan" or "loan of righteousness" means our "nafs muthma'innah" (8927-2.
