Trad-Muslims don't mind sex of captives!why?

The difference in a pair of animals being allowed to have sexual relations and a pair human having a sexual relation?
Simple the act of marriage or nikah/taking an oath.
The following ayah says so ? according to my understanding,
Illa AAala azwajihim awma malakat aymanuhum fa-innahum ghayru maloomeena
Except with their partners, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (in their case) they are free from blame,
Should be
Accept with their partners (who) is/are possession through oaths ? for then they are free from blame.
Yet due to the mistranslation of the quran by every sect people are saying that having sex with captives ? may be your mother /sister/daughter been taken captive that God Forbid , sex is allowed to the captors what a load of shit.
Especially the case in Iraq when the Americans where taking advantage of Iraqi women the Sunnis , shias I think might have looked the other way because their god tells them so in their version of the quran that sex of captives is allowed or something?????????
I could never be one of these so called Muslims ever.

No where in the Quran suggests that we can have sex with the captives.
