thank you bro, i will try and read them but i think this is enough for me

Say I AM ONLY A MORTAL LIKE YOU; it is revealed to me that YOUR GOD IS ONE ALLAH, therefore WHOEVER HOPES TO MEET HIS LORD, HE SHOULD DO GOOD DEEDS, and NOT JOIN ANY ONE IN THE SERVICE OF HIS LORD. 18110.

but I just don't understand what you mean by 18110, do you mean that is only what is required for us "NOW DAYS" to be winners in the JD?

        Thanks

I don?t know about the OTHERS? According to my understanding, ?to believe in ONE GOD and DO GOOD DEEDS? is enough to qualify and be amongst the winners on the JD.

And as to THOSE WHO BELIEVE and DO GOOD DEEDS, He will pay them fully THEIR REWARDS; and Allah does not love the unjust. 357.

SURELY those who say, OUR LORD IS ALLAH, then THEY CONTINUE ON THE RIGHT WAY, THEY SHALL HAVE NO FEAR NOR SHALL THEY GRIEVE. 4613.
These are the dwellers of the garden, abiding therein a reward for what they did. 4614.

            peace.

            Peace.

bro,I believe in all that you have mentioned. But the main emphasis is, Allah the Day of Judgment and GOOD DEEDS.

                  1. Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ALLAH and THE LAST DAY and DOES GOOD-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.

98 7. (As for) those who believe and DO GOOD, surely they are the -best of men.

                  1. And all have degrees ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY DO; and your Lord is not heedless of what they do.

17 9. Surely this Quran guides to that which is most upright and gives good news to the believers WHO DO GOOD that they shall HAVE A GREAT REWARD.

593.On those who believe and DO GOOD there is no blame for what they eat, when they are careful (of their duty) and believe and DO GOOD DEEDS, then they are careful (of their duty) and believe, then they are careful (of their duty) and DO GOOD (to others), and Allah loves those WHO DO GOOD (to others).

                  1. As to those who believe and WORK RIGHTEOUS DEEDS, they have, for their entertainment, the Gardens of Paradise,

29 7. And (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, We will most certainly do away with their evil deeds and We will most certainly reward them the best of what they did.

29 9. And (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, We will most surely cause them to enter among the good.

                  1. And (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, We will certainly give them abode in the high places in gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein; how good the reward of the workers

                  2. As for those who believe and DO GOOD, the gardens are their abiding-place; an entertainment for what they did.

                  3. Now no person knows what delights of the eye are kept hidden (in reserve) for them - as a reward for their (GOOD) DEEDS.

                  4. Then We gave the Book for an inheritance to those whom We chose from among Our servants; but of them is he who makes his soul to suffer a loss, and of them is he who takes a middle course, and of them is he who is foremost in DEEDS OF GOODNESS by Allah's permission; this is the great excellence.

                  5. And they shall cry therein for succour O our Lord ! take us out, WE WILL DO GOOD DEEDS other than those which we used to do. Did We not preserve you alive long enough, so that he who would be mindful in it should mind? And there came to you the warner; therefore taste; because for the unjust, there is no helper.

                  6. And every soul shall be paid back fully WHAT IT HAS DONE, and He knows best what they do.

                  7. You will see the unjust fearing on account of what they have earned, and it must befall them; and those who believe and DO GOOD shall be in the meadows of the gardens; they shall have what they please with their Lord that is the great grace.

                  8. That is of which Allah gives the good news to His servants, (to) those who believe and DO GOOD DEEDS. Say I do not ask of you any reward for it but love for my near relatives; and whoever earns good, We give him more of good therein; surely Allah is Forgiving, Grateful.

                  9. And He answers those who believe and DO GOOD DEEDS, and gives them more out of His grace; and (as for) the unbelievers, they shall have a severe punishment.

                  10. And Allah's is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil according to what they do, and (that) He may reward those who DO GOOD with goodness.

                  11. Then as for him whose GOOD DEEDS are preponderant, these are the successful.

                  12. Surely (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow, that is the great achievement.

ps sorry for the delay,I am having problems with my internet connection.
                  peace.

                    Peace Agentxxx,

I agree 100%. Yet above that
A thought without feeling is a powerless thought. (Difference between belief and FAITH).
GOOD DEEDS are the manifestation of FAITH and when one has not earned to receive it, he would fall for believing in forms and names.

                    peace,

                              peace AB,

bro,I believe in all that you have mentioned. But the main emphasis is, Allah the Day of Judgment and GOOD DEEDS.

                              Peace bro

                              Thanks for you comment mate

Ok, you say that the main emphasis is on three things (Allah, Judgment Day and Good Deeds), however the good deeds are conditioned with the belief, i.e. you must be a believer for the good deeds to be accepted, the Quran emphasised that too., now the question is, if the good deeds are conditioned with the belief, what we should believe in from the first place?, can you please answer my question again?

                              1. Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ALLAH and THE LAST DAY and DOES GOOD-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.

I would like you to walk me through this verse and explain to me how it works please

98 7. (As for) those who believe and DO GOOD, surely they are the -best of men.

Again the question is believe in what? In Allah and the Judgment Day only?

                              1. And all have degrees ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY DO; and your Lord is not heedless of what they do.

                              I agree of course

17 9. Surely this Quran guides to that which is most upright and gives good news to the believers WHO DO GOOD that they shall HAVE A GREAT REWARD.

again 179 says ? and gives good news to the believers?, now the question remains, who are the believers?, are they the ones who believe in Allah and the Judgment Day only?

593.On those who believe and DO GOOD there is no blame for what they eat, when they are careful (of their duty) and believe and DO GOOD DEEDS, then they are careful (of their duty) and believe, then they are careful (of their duty) and DO GOOD (to others), and Allah loves those WHO DO GOOD (to others).

again and again, 593 says ? and believe?, now let me put it boldly, if we have a nice lady who claims to believe in Allah and the JD and she only makes good deeds to others ?But she does not belive in the Qura), and she believes that homosexuality is ok with Allah, what do you think this woman should be according to the Quran, a Momen or a kafir?

                              1. As to those who believe and WORK RIGHTEOUS DEEDS, they have, for their entertainment, the Gardens of Paradise,

again bro, ? As to those who believe?, see man, it is all about believing really, so let me ask you another question, how about someone calling him/herself a muslim and believe in the Quran, they also believe that homosexuality is not haram, what do you think of that muslim, is he/she a kafir or not?

29 7. And (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, We will most certainly do away with their evil deeds and We will most certainly reward them the best of what they did.

what can I say, well here it is again ? those who believe?, now please confirm to me what all the things we need to believe in from the Quran without guessing what the emphasis is on.

29 9. And (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, We will most surely cause them to enter among the good.

ok man, here it is again ? those who believe?, well here is another question, how about those who call themselves Muslims and don?t believe that jesus was born to a virgin woman, are they kafirs or not?

                              1. And (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, We will certainly give them abode in the high places in gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein; how good the reward of the workers

do I have to say more?, well why not, here it is again ? those who believe?, how about someone who does not believe that the prophets are real, would that be a Kafir?

                              1. As for those who believe and DO GOOD, the gardens are their abiding-place; an entertainment for what they did.

mate, I?m getting tired really, don?t think that you will overwhelm me with all these Quran verses, it seems you will overwhelm others who don?t really understand what we should believe in, well here it is again from the above verse ? those who believe?, so my next question will be, how about someone who does not believe in the previous books revealed/inspired by Allah?

                              1. Now no person knows what delights of the eye are kept hidden (in reserve) for them - as a reward for their (GOOD) DEEDS.

bro, what 3217 has to do with it exactly, it only says that amazing reward are hidden to those who do good deeds, but you dropped the verse before it 3216 ? ?, which means that they fear Allah and are humble in their belief, you also dropped the one after it 3218 which says ? ?, which says ?the believe is not equal to the Fasiq (Kafir)?, again 3217 it conditioned to those who believe, not those who do good deeds and don?t believe in what Allah says,

now let me take you as an example here if you consider me a brother, you said you don?t mind to look at sexy woman in the street if you get a chance, but Allah told us not to do that in the Quran, so are you really classified as a humble believer? If you don?t, then sorry these verses don?t apply to you, do you really fear Allah as 3216 told us?

3532 is a very complicated verse and I would like you to walk me through it please

3537 refutes you actually, it clearly says that the kafirs want to do other good deeds than the good deeds they did before, ? O our Lord ! take us out, ?WE WILL DO GOOD DEEDS other than those which we used to do?, see, their good deeds that they did while being kafirs ARE NOT ACCEPTED

                              1. And every soul shall be paid back fully WHAT IT HAS DONE, and He knows best what they do.

bro, the above verse it talking about (Good deeds and bad deeds) I don?t understand your point really

                              1. You will see the unjust fearing on account of what they have earned, and it must befall them; and those who believe and DO GOOD shall be in the meadows of the gardens; they shall have what they please with their Lord that is the great grace.

                              2. That is of which Allah gives the good news to His servants, (to) those who believe and DO GOOD DEEDS. Say I do not ask of you any reward for it but love for my near relatives; and whoever earns good, We give him more of good therein; surely Allah is Forgiving, Grateful.

again bro, in both verses, the condition to believe was repeated ? those who believe?, how about those Muslims who drink Alcohol, would you consider them believers?, did they believe what Allah said?

                              1. And He answers those who believe and DO GOOD DEEDS, and gives them more out of His grace; and (as for) the unbelievers, they shall have a severe punishment.

? those who believe?, can you please remind me with what I need to believe in from the Quran?, thanks bro

                              1. And Allah's is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil according to what they do, and (that) He may reward those who DO GOOD with goodness.

well, the above verse does not add any thing to your argument, it is part of a context starting from verse 27-32, about the believers and the non believers please read it bro, it is all about belief bro not about good deeds at all, the good deeds of an unbeliever will be rewarded with nothing, here it is

22- On the day when they shall see the angels, there shall be no joy on that day for the guilty, and they shall say It is a forbidden thing totally prohibited.

23- And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about.

                              (22)
                              (23)

See, ? And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about.?

                              1. Then as for him whose GOOD DEEDS are preponderant, these are the successful.

the above verse can?t be 23102 can you please confirm, here it is in Arabic ? ?, the verse never mentioned ?GOOD DEEDS?, it only said the ones with heavy weight, I believe that heavy weight is the belief and the good deeds together

                              1. Surely (as for) those who believe and DO GOOD, they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow, that is the great achievement.

                              again, ? those who believe?

ps sorry for the delay,I am having problems with my internet connection.
                              peace.

No worries bro, take your time, there is no rush at my end

                              Take care

                                  peace brother AB,

AB-Ok, you say that the main emphasis is on three things (Allah, Judgment Day and Good Deeds), however the good deeds are conditioned with the belief, i.e. you must be a believer for the good deeds to be accepted, the Quran emphasised that too., now the question is, if the good deeds are conditioned with the belief, what we should believe in from the first place?, can you please answer my question again?

My understanding is that any one who believes in one God and the JD, qualifies to be a member of the believers club, however simply to be a member of this club is not enough to grantee success on the JD, the believers are required to follow a code of laws describe in the book and the extent of their success in following these laws will determine their ranks.
For example 231 to 11 and many other verses.

Now lets see what we are commanded to do
This is our duwa and desire.

1 1. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
                                  1 2. Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds;
                                  1 3. Most Gracious, Most Merciful;
1 4. Master of the Day of Judgment.
1 5. Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.
1 6. Show us THE STRAIGHT WAY,
1 7. THE WAY OF THOSE ON WHOM THOU HAST BESTOWED THY GRACE, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray.

                                  1. Say Come, I will recite unto you that which your Lord hath made A SACRED DUTY FOR YOU THAT YE ASCRIBE NO THING AS PARTNER UNTO HIM and that ye do good to parents, and that ye slay not your children because of penury - We provide for you and for them - and that ye draw not nigh to lewd things whether open or concealed. And that ye slay not the life which Allah hath made sacred, save in the course of justice. This He hath command you, in order that ye may discern.

                                  2. And approach not the wealth of the orphan save with that which is better, till he reach maturity. Give full measure and full weight, in justice. We task not any soul beyond its scope. And if ye give your word, do justice thereunto, even though it be (against) a kinsman; and fulfil the covenant of Allah. This He commandeth you that haply ye may remember.

                                  3. And (He commandeth you, saying) THIS IS MY STRAIGHT PATH, SO FOLLOW IT. FOLLOW NOT OTHER WAYS, LEST YE BE PARTED FROM HIS WAY. This hath He ordained for you, that ye may ward off (evil).

                                  4. And who forsakes THE RELIGION OF IBRAHIM but he who makes himself a fool, and MOST CERTAINLY WE CHOSE HIM IN THIS WORLD, and in the hereafter HE IS MOST SURELY AMONG THE RIGHTEOUS.

                                  5. When his Lord said to him, Be a Muslim, he said I submit myself to the Lord of the worlds.

                                  6. And the same did Ibrahim enjoin on his sons and (so did) Yaqoub. O my sons! surely Allah has chosen for you (this) faith, therefore die not unless you are Muslims.

                                  7. Nay! were you witnesses when death visited Yaqoub, when he said to his sons What will you serve after me? They said We will serve your god and the god of your fathers, Ibrahim and Ismail and Ishaq, ONE ALLAH ONLY, AND TO HIM DO WE SUBMIT.

                                  8. This is a people that have passed away; they shall have what they earned and you shall have what you earn, and you shall not be called upon to answer for what they did.

                                  9. And they say Be Jews or Christians, you will be on the right course. Say Nay! (we follow) THE RELIGION OF IBRAHIM, the Hanif, and HE WAS NOT ONE OF THE POLYTHEISTS.

                                  10. And to Madyan (We sent) their brother Shu'aib. He said O MY PEOPLE! SERVE ALLAH, YOU HAVE NO GOD OTHER THAN HE, and do not give short measure and weight surely I see you in prosperity and surely I fear for you the punishment of an all-encompassing day.

                                  11. And, O my people! give full measure and weight fairly, and defraud not men their things, and do not act corruptly in the land, making mischief

                                  12. And unto Midian We sent Shu'eyb, their brother. He said O my people! SERVE ALLAH, AND LOOK FORWARD TO THE LAST DAY, and do not evil, making mischief, in the earth.

                                  13. Thy Lord hath decreed THAT YE WORSHIP NONE BUT HIM, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour.

                                  14. And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say "My Lord! bestow on them thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood."

                                  15. Your Lord knoweth best what is in your hearts IF YE DO DEEDS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, verily He is Most Forgiving to THOSE WHO TURN TO HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN (IN TRUE PENITENCE).

                                  16. And when We made a covenant with the children of Israel YOU SHALL NOT SERVE ANY BUT ALLAH and (you shall do) good to (your) parents, and to the near of kin and to the orphans and the needy, and you shall speak to men good words and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate. Then you turned back except a few of you and (now too) you turn aside.

72 1. Say It has been revealed to me that a party of the jinn listened, and they said Surely we have heard a wonderful Quran,
72 2. GUIDING TO THE RIGHT WAY, so we believe in it, and WE WILL NOT SET UP ANY ONE WITH OUR LORD
72 3. And that He-- exalted be the majesty of our Lord-- has not taken a consort, nor a son
72 4. And that the foolish amongst us used to forge extravagant things against Allah

                                  1. And certainly We sent NUH TO HIS PEOPLE Surely I am a plain warner for you

                                  2. THAT YOU SHALL NOT SERVE ANY BUT ALLAH, surely I fear for you the punishment of a painful day.

                                  3. Certainly We sent Nuh to his people, so he said O my people! SERVE ALLAH, YOU HAVE NO GOD OTHER THAN HIM; surely I fear for you the chastisement of a grievous day.

agentxxx-569. Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ALLAH and THE LAST DAY and DOES GOOD-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.

Ab-I would like you to walk me through this verse and explain to me how it works please

                                  1. Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

                                  2. And they say None shall enter the garden (or paradise) except he who is a Jew or a Christian. These are their vain desires. Say Bring your proof if you are truthful.

                                  3. Yes! WHOEVER SUBMITS HIMSELF ENTIRELY TO ALLAH and HE IS THE DOER OF GOOD (TO OTHERS) HE HAS HIS REWARD FROM HIS LORD, and THERE IS NO FEAR FOR HIM NOR SHALL HE GRIEVE.

I think the above verses should give you your answer.

AB-again and again, 593 says ? and believe?, now let me put it boldly, if we have a nice lady who claims to believe in Allah and the JD and she only makes good deeds to others ?But she does not belive in the Qura), and she believes that homosexuality is ok with Allah, what do you think this woman should be according to the Quran, a Momen or a kafir?

AB-believing really, so let me ask you another question, how about someone calling him/herself a muslim and believe in the Quran, they also believe that homosexuality is not haram, what do you think of that muslim, is he/she a kafir or not?

AB-ok man, here it is again ? those who believe?, well here is another question, how about those who call themselves Muslims and don?t believe that jesus was born to a virgin woman, are they kafirs or not?

do I have to say more?, well why not, here it is again ? those who believe?, how about someone who does not believe that the prophets are real, would that be a Kafir?

My answer is I will convey my intentions that I don?t support of what they do or say, but IT IS FOR ALLAH TO JUDGE THEM. brother i explained it in another thread that what worries me is my weakness and faults, i am not at all bothered by the beliefs of the others because i will not be asked about their beliefs/deeds.

                                  1. And whoever does evil or acts unjustly to his soul, then asks forgiveness of Allah, he shall find Allah Forgiving, Merciful.
                                  2. And whoever commits a sin, he only commits it against his own soul; and Allah is Knowing, Wise.

now let me take you as an example here if you consider me a brother, you said you don?t mind to look at sexy woman in the street if you get a chance, but Allah told us not to do that in the Quran, so are you really classified as a humble believer? If you don?t, then sorry these verses don?t apply to you, do you really fear Allah as 3216 told us?

I am just an average believer I have lots of weaknesses and this is the reason why I don?t judge others.how every when i read verses like the below, they give me hope because i sincerly try to refrain from committing great sins)

                                  Allah the merciful says

                                  1. Those who avoid great sins and shameful deeds, only (falling into) small faults,- verily thy Lord is ample in forgiveness. He knows you well when He brings you out of the earth, And when ye are hidden in your mothers' wombs. Therefore justify not yourselves He knows best who it is that guards against evil.

                                  2. Those who avoid the greater crimes and shameful deeds, and, when they are angry even then forgive;

                                  3. If you shun the great sins which you are forbidden, We will do away with your small sins and cause you to enter an honorable place of entering.

Out of 114 chapters of Quran, 113 starts with IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, THE BENEFICENT, THE MERCIFUL. Quran starts with the same wordings, so I am very much optimistic .

agentxxx-3537.

AB-3537 refutes you actually, it clearly says that the kafirs want to do other good deeds than the good deeds they did before, ? O our Lord ! take us out, ?WE WILL DO GOOD DEEDS other than those which we used to do?, see, their good deeds that they did while being kafirs ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Absolutely not, they are saying if you take us out ?WE WILL DO GOOD DEED? , and since they are being punished so ?other then those they used to do? cant be good deed.

                                  1. And guard yourselves against a day in which you shall be returned to Allah; then every soul shall be paid back in full what it has earned, and THEY SHALL NOT BE DEALT WITH UNJUSTLY.

I hope I have explained what my understanding is, now i would like you to kindly explain your understanding.

                                  Peace.
