Islam is a belief system that requires a code of conduct to be followed by irs believers. The code of conduct, if followed, develops the potentialities of human self (nafs). 1+ nafs are required for development.

Questions to you all
What code of conducts should be applied by the willing members of this community as prescribed by Islam?
Not all unjunctions can be applied and enforced. E.g, we do not need to enforce injunctions related to slavery. We also cannot ENFORCE injunctions related to adultery ( I have no way of knowing if someone commits it).
Yet, we can apply salaat, even zakat and even hajj within the members here. Any thoughts?
