Could you have anticipated these answers?

actually, the second answer makes sense. I think she was trying to say that living things are things that are never dead. am i right on this?
If i had gotten that score on my test (yes, even when i was 5) my parents would have shouted at me for 3 hours, after burning the test, of course. voodoopeace

peace enquirer/phoenix1,
thank you brothers
enquirer-What amazes me about children,is that sometimes they are correct on certain topics, but we have to take the time and patience to understand what they actually are saying...
I was watching this show by bill cosby "children say the darndest things? and bill asked a kid
Bill- do you wish your father to be the president of U.S?
Kid- No
Bill- why not?
Kid- because he is not smart enough! DI love the way little kids when they talk together, act as if they know the ins and outs of EVERY issue, and how life is so simple and black and white for them.....
my son hasan was about 4/5 years old and was talking to his friend over the phone with the speakers turned on
hasan- bisam come to my house this saturday.
bisam- I cannot come alone because i dont know how to drive.
hasan-then come along with your mom, you dad, your brother your sister.
bisam- ok hasan, my mom will come, my dad will come, my brother will come but my sister can't come to your house.
hasan- why?
bisam- because she has'nt born yet...but ok if she is born before saturday i will bring her along too.
hasan- promise.
bisam- promise.
hasan - ok where is the big hand of the clock now?
bisam- it is on 7.
hasan- i will call you again when it is on 9.
bye. DI love kids angel...May God bless all the kids in the world sun
Children have great little personalities, and its extremely satisfying to see them grow up into mature, happy, responsible adults..........
indeed
Now if only the parents could be like that too............. bravo
mature, happy, responsible adults...I can assure you, I definitely have the first two qualities rotfl

my guess is that the second answer was probably meant for the third question
what are dead things?
never things are dead things. If i had gotten that score on my test (yes, even when i was 5) my parents would have shouted at me for 3 hours, after burning the test, of course.
hahaha same was true with my parents too, but i was/am very lenient with the kids.
peace and thanks brother

peace phoenix1,
you get a 10/10 for being a good parent, then. In my book, at least.
thank you my brother ;D sun
what are dead things?
never things are dead things. The question was "what are living things?"
right, that was the second question, the third question was "what are dead thing" which she did'nt answer....and I think "never things are dead things" would have been a philosophical answer for this question D but God knows what was going on in her head at that moment confused

When I was in the fourth grade I wrote something on a test that gave my parents a laugh.
The question was...
What makes a tiger different from a dog?
My answer was...
One is bigger than the other.

Salaam all
I think the answers are very smart, put in a child's language. For her, only animals and plants can be dead, so they will be "things"
What is science ?
Answer - science is about dead things are dead, aninymil and dead plant are them.As for "things", she does not, therefore, understand what are living things, because things, as she already mentioned, are "dead animals and plants".
Then, to ask her, after all this expalantion
what are dead things ?
Is really not worth answering!!
I would give the teacher 0/10 rotfl
