21107 And We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds.
A Shiah man whom I had a discussion with regarding the role of Muhammad stated the verse above to support his claim that Muhammad is a super human and without a doubt he is the best Prophet because God only said something like that about Muhammad and not to any other Prophets. I was even more shocked when he claimed that Muhammad already existed before Adam (Hmm,, he sounds like a Christian doesn't he -). Moreover, when I told him Moses parted the sea and no other Prophets could do so he responded that Moses prayed to Muhammad and God to help him fleeing from Pharaoh. o
I would like to hear from others regarding high praises over Muhammad like the verse mentioned.

Anyway, since Muhammad/Ahmad is just a messenger, and we should not differentiate any of them at all, the above ayat applies to all messengers because they all are "a mercy to the worlds".
The "you" above address Muhammad/Ahmad the messenger (the role) not Muhammad/Ahmad the regular person.
