Does the Quran ever refer to its Verses?

Lets think back to the beginning of this 114 chapter book. Did it fall from the sky, or was it INSPIRED? Once you ponder on that you will see that there was no physical book with verses to refer to ) The discussion of this message is the Universal Laws which all people can "read" at all times in any place.

"Quran"= reading/proclamation/teaching
When you bring teaching to some, they say "bring a "quran" other than this. They dont want to hear the truth.
That which we extract/understand from the Universal Laws(Al Kitaab) we must proclaim/teach to others.

No, not equal to truth because the rejectors say bring a "quran" other than this. So "quran" is just "teaching/reading/proclamation", wether true or false.
So we have to study all "quran" carefully to see if what we are being given has contradictions in life or if it can be verified in life, that is how we know if it is God's quran(HAQQ/TRUTH) or not.

I made a mistake in the above post, so let me post it again with the correction.
I read somewhere every time the word Ayat is used in the plural form it refer to verses in the Quraan and in singular it refer to a sign. I could not check everytime the word was used but the ones I checked seem to to be correct. I may be wrong here .

What do you think about the "challenge?"
The "challenge" is to bring a sign(ayat) like it or a structure (surah) like it, meaning can you create a world or any of the signs in it, like a fly for example. No, we can do no such thing. We dont even have the materials to begin such a task.

What exactly are the Universal Laws you refer to ?
An example is that you reap what you sow. We can verify this by seeing that whatever thoughts we put into our subconcious, that we wil reap that type of behavior. Just as when we put tomato seeds in the soil we rerap tomatoes. It is a LAW of the universe, just like the urge to unite with others, which also manifests as gravity.
Al Kitaab, the book, which implies the universe that we must read/understand, can be read by all people, regardless of religion, race, location, etc. No excuses for anyone.
