MARRIAGE

peace
It doesn't matter if my spouse sees everything the same way I do. Although it might be good to have similar beliefs, I don't think it really matters, as long as we accept eachothers differences (saying it must be a lot easier than actually doing it), and as long as she is a good person. Take for example this forum, we all disagree on stuff, but in the end we are all good people and display qualities of believers (to some extent at least). -
Peace,
The answer to that question is that I will try to convert that person to my belief. But I don't know if that will be easy. I'm for example in love with a christian, but I don't know if I will find it easy to live with him since we share different views/opinions on God.

I can understand where you are both comming from, and converting someone is harder said then done as living with someone that does not believe the way you do entirely. But I think if we look to GOD for all the help we need we will do fine in the end. For GOD is our one and only True God and everything that encompasses him.
Sincerely, Abuja

Salam,
I chosed the provide my loved one the reasons of my beliefs and offer him to choose because that is the best way I guess.
To be open about your beliefs so it will not be a surprise for him/her.
I think it doesn't matter if he doesn't believe as I do as long as he believes in One God and Quran of course. I'm not ready to marry an christian or jew.
After my divorce I was so sure to not marry an traditional muslim again, but 11 months later I have change my mind, but I will choose him more wisely because I believe the personal carector is more important than only the religious beliefs.
