Is There Historical Sources About Jesus Besides The Bible?

Im wondering if there is any other sources of historical records about Jesus's life beside the ones recorded in religious scriptures. You know like the life of Muhammad was recorded by many random people in both bad and good ways which eventually form the hadiths. I personally never read any historical accounts about Jesus that do not come from the Bible. Or maybe all of the good accounts were incorporated into the Bible and the bad ones destroyed?

There are some other documents about Jesus besides the bible, but most are Apocrypha's.(or gospels not included in the bible) There has been a document that proved Jesus a decendant of king David. I bet these guys have some good links.

I believe there was a Roman historian named Josephus who detailed a brief account of Jesus. There's also some speculation that there was another man by the same name. I've never really researched it but from folks I've encountered, this is the only extra-biblical account.

Jesus and Mohammad were pagan idols and not real people? I for one believe they were real, im sure most here do, I also believe the Quran is Gods word and in it he says Jesus and Mohammad were real people, maybe Phoenix has a better source of information than this.
Also, I think there were some references in history of jesus but they are pretty scarce,
