I put forward this hypothesis that 2102 is about the compilation of the Bible in Babylon from materials also coming down through the royal scribes in Solomon's court
There is much to back up this idea imo ... but I await responses to see if others can see what I'm talking about .. if it has any basis whatsoever
I think it's ridiculuous to suggest 2102 is about Jewish magic.

Here's my 'hypothesis' of the book/materials mentioned in 2102.
Its the "Testament Of Solomon", a book of "magic" and dark arts..The book is teaching the "mushrikkin" concepts of calling on the names of Angels (or drawing certain symbols) for their help on certain things / "exorcism". As the quran said, "Testament Of Solomon" were written by the evil one to mislead many..

Its very interesting, what do you think about the Kabbalah? The Key of Solomon and all that? I had a book once about abra melin, he apparently listed an entire ritual for capturing a demon to do your bidding, yet it had to be with the willingness of God and the angels, it's basically classic kabbalah techniques...numerology, magic squares, sacred/true names, circles, pentagrams what not...
Misleading I agree with, as to if they have any power in them I really have my doubts on...all the so called shamans i knew of were crocks...so I would agree Allah knows best, I would just ask for protection from known and unknown elements in life )

Just as there are crooked businessmen there are good and honest business men too. Don't let the crooks be a reason to not investigate further the metaphysics side of life or be it any aspect of life.
