Quran, is it something for reciting in a prayer?

Where the people being reasoned or is it something to recite?
Is it the spider or according to the dictionary ?the ill conformed?
Check the context of the ayah and see!And is it something for reciting in a prayer or something the prophet was told to give them as examples so that they will conform- unlike those in the said examples.

YUSUFALI To the Madyan (people) (We sent) their brother Shu'aib. Then he said "O my people! serve Allah, and fear the Last Day nor commit evil on the earth, with intent to do mischief."

YUSUFALI But they rejected him Then the mighty Blast seized them, and they lay prostrate in their homes by the morning.

YUSUFALI (Remember also) the 'Ad and the Thamud (people) clearly will appear to you from (the traces) of their buildings (their fate) the Evil One made their deeds alluring to them, and kept them back from the Path, though they were gifted with intelligence and skill.

YUSUFALI (Remember also) Qarun, Pharaoh, and Haman there came to them Moses with Clear Signs, but they behaved with insolence on the earth; yet they could not overreach (Us).

YUSUFALI Each one of them We seized for his crime of them, against some We sent a violent tornado (with showers of stones); some were caught by a (mighty) Blast; some We caused the earth to swallow up; and some We drowned (in the waters) It was not Allah Who injured (or oppressed) them" They injured (and oppressed) their own souls.
029.041YUSUFALI The likeness of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the ill conformed , who build a house; but truly the flimsiest of houses is the house of the ill conformed;- if they but knew.
029.042
YUSUFALI Verily Allah doth know of (every thing) whatever that they strive to besides Him and He is Exalted (in power), Wise.

YUSUFALI And such are the Parables We set forth for mankind, but only those understand them who have knowledge.029.044
YUSUFALI Allah created the heavens/(YOUR)CONDITIONING and the earth/(YOUR)DISPOSITION in true (proportions) verily in that is a Sign for those who believe.
SO YOU WILL/CAN?T ACHIEVE BY ACTING/BEHAVING LIKE THOSE PEOPLE IN THE PARABLES SO PROVIDED YOU BAHAVE-DO GOOD YOU WILL ACHIEVE MUCH unlike those in the past examples.029.045
YUSUFALI Recite/EXPLAIN what is sent of the Book/ OF THE STORIES (AS AN EXAMPLE) by inspiration to thee, and establish regular Prayer/ DISCUSSIONS/COUNSEL for Prayer/DISCUSSIONS/COUNSEL restrains from shameful and unjust deeds; and remembrance/ADMONITION/S of Allah is the greatest without doubt. And Allah knows the (deeds) that ye do.

YUSUFALI And dispute ye not with the People of the Book/PEOPLE TO WHOME (SUCH)JUDGEMENTS HAVE COME, except with means better (than mere disputation), unless it be with those of them who inflict wrong (and injury) but say, "We believe in WHAT HAS REVEALED(BY JUDGEMENT-THE OUTCOME) to us and in that which HAS BEEN REVEALED to you; Our Allah and your Allah is one; and it is to Him we bow (in PEACE)."

YUSUFALI And thus (it is) that We have sent the Book/THE HAPPENING-UNDERSTANDING to thee. So the People of the Book/TO WHOME JUDGMENTS HAVE COME believe therein, as also do some of these and none but Unbelievers reject our signs.

YUSUFALI And thou wast not (able) to recite/EXPLAIN ANY Book /ANY HAPPENING before this , nor WERT thou (able) to transcribe/ENFORCE it with thy right hand/WITH THE RIGHT UNDERSTANDING In that case, indeed, would the talkers of vanities have doubted.God Bless All.

Respectfully.7320 Your Lord knows that you rise a little less than two thirds of the night, and half of it, and one third of it, as well as a group of those who are with you. And God measures the night and the day. He knows that you will not be able to keep-up, so He pardons you. So read what is made easy of the Qur?an. He knows that there will be sick among you, and others that go forth in the land seeking from God?s bounty, and others who are fighting in the cause of God, so read what you can of it. And uphold the communion and contribute towards betterment and give God a loan of righteousness. And whatever you put forth yourselves, you will find it with God, for it is better and a greater reward. And seek God?s forgiveness, for God is Forgiving, Merciful.

I mean, 7320 speaks volmues.If i am mistaken, may God forgive me.

some salafis say that reading 'parts' of quran in prayer is haraam...you have to read the quran from the start of the chapter/sura

How can reading only part of the Holy Quran be haram?
Shias also say the same thing as Salafis. Hanafis dont agree, they say it's permissible to read parts of a chapter.
I'd say read what adresses God alone. Nothing with Muhammad, Abraham, etc.Peace
