Sex Offenders?

What does the Islamic Constitution say about sex offenders? I believe that they should be elektro sexually assaulting anyone is scaring them for life, when it comes to underaged and virgins it should be immediate death penalty because it is the murder of their innocence, scarring them for even longer. What do you think about it and what does the Constitution say about it?

Should the murderer be killed for ending somebodies life? Should the theif get their hands cut off? Should the Adulteress/Adulterer be stoned to death?
All of these are horrible but in theory they are the same in that they affect other people. The murderer not only affects but causes the end of anothers life. The reason I am saying this is because I want you to think about what should happen to those people.
Islamically I am unsure what the penalty for sexual abuse is but speaking as one who has overcame it myself Its easier to forgive than to hold a grudge. I wouldn't feel better and it wouldn't change anything if my abuser were put to death I think revenge is a dish best NOT served

Maybe I was a bit zealous on my thought of punishment. But I always felt that the emotional scar of the victim is almost as bad as killing them. Also because I know a victim of this crime and have seen thier pain. I feel that emotional pain is greater than physical pain because it permanently scars the persons memory, harming them forever. Maybe I wasn't to specific when I meant sex offenders. I meant rapists and child molesters.

There are books you should reccomend to him or her.
Courage to Heal is a very good book and you can find it on amazon It also has a workbook with it. The best thing you can do for this person is to support (him or her ) in finding the power to heal. But don't be dissapointed if they arent ready to heal yet it must come in their own time.
there is also a great movie she/he can watch called the Antuan Fisher story )
But remember anger doesnt help heal any wounds )

just for info of the possible meanings
adultery voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a partner other than the lawful spouse.
fornication Sexual intercourse between people who are not married to each other.
public sex no definition needed...lk

In Surah Ahzaab (33rd Chapter of the Quran) it is said(3359) O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
After this it is said (3360-61) "You take this precaution and if even after this the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and those who stir up sedition in the city, desist not, force shall certainly be used against them; then they will not be able to stay in as your neighbours for any length of time. They shall have a curse on them, wherever they are found; their rights of citizenship shall be confiscated. If even then, they do not mend their ways, they shall be seized and put to death mercilessly."
