has anybody had any out of body experiences?
i'm curious about the whole thing. i don't know much about it, just it's when your soul exits your physical body.
now that's amazing.
any studies or books about it that explain more in detail what it is? or how to achieve it?Salam.
I have experienced this whilke i was in Ljubljan, SLOVENIA. But it was very quick and i think that a human being has no control over it, it just happens on whole different level.
Listen we are not in charge of it, simple as that.
Just forget it and focus on more important things.

When i was in Ljubljana, i had an out of body experience and it lasted good 2 seconds. Nothing special, it was a little scay, it was new but i had fun, for 2 seconds. I did not had any control over it, i did not cause it and therefore i know i cannot explore something i have no control over, right?
I would like to explore USA, specially Michigan. yay

OBE can and does happens and can be practiced for it to happen. I'm talkin from experience and if you want to learn more i suggest typing in Robert Bruce on google.com and reading his forum its brilliant and his book ASTRAL DYNAMICS is brilliant too.

i found a robert peterson book about out of body experiences, he talks about how he had them and how he learned to control them, i'd like to learn it too.
OBE is a phenomenon that everyone experiences more or less. It is closely associated to "dreaming". In order to learn this specialty, I recommend you take instructional beginners classes under experienced and reknowned trainers rather than just reading books and doing it on your own. There are times when one is fully exposed/aware of such voluntary experiences that cannot be turned off for whatever reasons and likely to cause severe adverse effects such as becoming insane, partially or totally forgetfull, erased memory or even death, not to mention frightful experiences that may subject your daily routine to unecessary restraints. Besides studying Robert Bruce's articles, you should also check out other brain, mind and neurological studies. -
