You have not brough verses detailing why God sent the prophet in the first place plus notice the term "mightest" when it came to judging. Plus these verses was after the Medina community was established and the prophet was the emir.
As far as the 4 caliphs, stealing and adultery are not only religious crimes, they are social crimes. Nearly all mankind sees them as some sort of a crime and all see stealing as a crime.

Stealing is a crime but what is the punishment? If you are given a virtual islamic state with muslim citizens and you are the emir, will you follow the quranic law or the man-made laws of today? But the question is is it part of the deen, there are many verses where God commands the believers to fight with swords and bows and arrows and prepare horses and also talks about concubines and slaves. Are all these also intended on us? So if we use tanks and planes and missiles, are we going against God's command? If there are no slaves and concubines does it mean that Islam can not be practiced. Why does the Quran not gives us guidelines about immigration laws and marine laws and bond and stock financial contractuals or even traffic laws and etc. Its not there because the 1st Muslim community did not need it to establish itself. The 1st community is the most important since it is breaking away from tradition and the spreading of Islam will take of from there.
Meanwhile the deen, we use the sun and moon for our sallat and ramadan timing and use water to wash up and pray towards Mecca, all these are not time base and all these are an inticate pasrt of life. the same sun or moon or water we use, is the same the 1st Muslim community used. Its not time based, however every legal and political system has to evolve and is dynamic and never static, only principals remain static. This the Sunnah of life.

It doesn't even describe the details of how to pray; it doesn't describe the details of how to make pilgrimage to makkah, etc. These details are explained in the sunnah of prophet Mohammad. Quran and Sunna together leave out many issues as well, for example muslims at a certain time needed to have a calender, to keep records, to have a treasury and the companions naturally got together and discussed and reached decisions. They followed the quranic rule of 'shura' (consulting). Quran, Sunnah and Shura are three important sources that muslims have used to govern their societies.
Traffic laws or laws regarding stockmarket, etc are changing according to time and place. We humans are capable of deriving such laws by gathering experts and consulting them on these issues. However those laws that we could never come to figure out by ourselves and they are static (time and place) are mentioned in the Quran. The punishment described for stealing is the same everywhere and everytime. That's why it's in the Quran. However the punishment for smoking or selling pot is not there and every society has to figure out a way to deal with it by the rule of Shura.
You are reducing the Quran to a book for the 7th century Arabia. If God felt obliged to send down those laws for those people, why doesn't He feel obliged to send down some laws for the same punishments now? If anything, we are in great need of being told about these laws compared to a people who lived with a prophet who could help them out. If those laws are local, then the message of Islam is not complete and God has to keep sending messengers and keep updating his message.
We should also practice some intelligence when it comes to reading the Quran. When Quran talks about preparing for war by preparing horses, that could be understood as preparing the equipment and weaponry needed in the warfare according to the time we live in. God couldn't have said prepare tanks and helicopters! It's just the restriction of the time that certain messages are wrapped in a language understandable to the arabs of 7th century Arabia.
Slaves and concubines were a reality of life at that time. Who knows maybe it will be a reality of life 1000 years from now. We don't know what future holds. Islam is a message for all times.

I think you have misunderstood something about slaves and concubines. Quran never suggests that we 'should' have slaves and concubines. If anything, Quran is asking muslims to free their slaves as an act of worship.

In other words the default is that these laws are valid for all times 'unless' another message from god abrogates them. Only the one who sends the revelations has the authority to abrogate it not you, not me, not anybody else.
Islam state happens when muslims are ready. The Sharia can't enforce itself on people. Only people can enforce Sharia on themselves.
I am not an economist and I can't tell you how you can get rid of ribaa. But if the majority of muslims are ready for Shaira, it will come naturally and people have always found solutions for their problems.

Of course you can free your concubines too and for example marry them off (or marry them yourself). Nobody can force you to free your concubines. If you have concubines, they are your property.

What do you think 'deen' is? Is deen just praying and fasting and performing hajj and giving zakah? Is that what the muslims did at the time of prophet? No. They also had a justice system based on Quran and commands of his prophet. Deen is complete only if it gives us guidelines on all matters. Deen does not mean religion. Deen is the way of life that you live. You practice Islam from the moment you wake up to the moment you go back to sleep. You are not practicing Islam only when you pray or fast or give zakah. Your talk, your walk and your actions should be islamic. The laws that you follow should be islamic too. If we fail 1000 times, we should try again. What if you daughter comes home with a boyfriend and when you object, she says dad, that was 7th century and now we are modern and the social climate has changed we need boyfriends and girlfriends. At that time women needed to get married because they couldn't work and support themselves and so marriage was safer for them to be protected but now I have a job and I make money... don't worry dad, I am an independent woman who can think and decide for herself.
Think about it bro. You think god would leave us without laws to govern our affairs when he didn't leave the best of people (prophet and his companions), who needed such laws the least, without them.

I have explained its the concept of State not halal and haram that we are discussing. A sin is a sin, maybe nowadays the sin might not carry as much as the past regarding sexual misconduct depending on where you reside, but a sin is a sin. A greedy man donating money will probably get more reward than a generous man giving the same. A bad tempered man who forgives might get a higher rewrd than a person who can keep his cool. This always existed, God judges according to the personality, personal experiences, environment, upbringing, intellect and will power and faith.
However trying to duplicate the state that functionc 1,400 years ago is impossible. Of course sexual misconduct has no place or time, rituals as i9 explained do not change since we rely on the sun, moon and water for doing them. These things are not time based. Our aqeedah can never change till judgement day. However trying to force minorities to pay jizya, trying to revive the Caliphate, trying to enforce riba will be very difficult since these are social and political sissues that do change with time.
