What is the empirical evidence for god?

Alright. Suppose that "energy is eternal", i.e. infinite. Over time, energy translates into matter - high-energy quanta spontaneously form 2 particles, a normal "matter" particle and its antiparticle.
Fast forward several billion years of this process occuring, and we would have effectively "infinite stars in the sky". Light from infinite stars in the sky is pretty strong, no?

How does an infinity of stars occur over a non-infinite amount of time? How do you know the ratio of stars to sky? And even if you mean infinity in a different sense,you should know that stars also die.....

We seem to know very little about the universe.
What if the physical universe behaves like a mathematical function. Maybe it will grow forever, but will still be confined within some limits... just like a graph of a function can have asymptotes... they keep approaching a value forever, getting infinately close, but will never reach.
This is just a crude idea that popped up... I don't base it on anything exept that probably the reality is far beyond our comprehesion.

Energy = Eternal => Time = Eternal.
Maybe you meant eternal in the sense that it cannot be created or destroyed. Who/what created this initial mass/energy? Yes, it is very important, because cause and effect is the main law of this universe.
Time is a purely human construct.
Stars may die, but remember how they die? One time is cooling off, the other is by supernovae, which throw out light far, far, far brighter than the Sun, even at distances we could not imagine.
Cause and effect would logically point to that. But that is "determinism" and that has apparently been disproved.

Further,nerspi,how do you say there is harmony in the universe are you talking about earth alone or what? Is it harmony when tsunamis kill humans and animals or when lions kill defenseless baby wildebeest? Or ice ages do away with whole species of life?
What kind of harmony are you talking of? How do we know that there is not disharmony in other parts of the universe as opposed to earth which is a very small part of the universe?
Finally,evolution works how it does because it is the result of the interaction of myriad forces engaging in cause and effect,and this is somewhat random and as a result of the 'nature' of the forces concerned and their current properties.... -

ps; OPF,when a supernova occurs,can we see it from earth? Have you seen one? Read between the lines and you will see what i am saying in response to your 'period' overstatement of conjecture and obfuscation.....We can observe supernovae (keeping in mind they've occured millions or even billions of years ago - meaning that there might be a gamma ray burst heading right for us at lightspeed and we won't know), but I haven't.
But think of it, if energy is infinite, then that must be so, because at a certain point, we will be effectively in a reversed Dyson sphere with all that light combined from the infinite number of stars around. However, if energy is "eternal", as in timeless, then that's something else.
Of course, we can't really make a definite conclusion on... anything outside of Earth, really.

Before I begin I have to say my knowledge on evolution and scientific facts and theories on the origination of life is limited hence if i say something incorrect or i miss something out, please forgive me and correct me or inform me.

You can say energy has always been existant but is it not more logical to say that God has always existed. For (If i'm not mistaken {please correct me if i am}) Energy has no intellect or purpose and therefore for it to be the highest source, thing or originator of all things it does not appear to be as logical as there being something or some other source above energy itself which has authority over all things and events including random ones.
With regards to your points on the harmony of the Universe.
In some cases i think that mankind has been granted the abillity to solve certain issues such as finding a cure for AIDS and Cancer. There are many people in our planet. Out of all these i believe that there have been many individuals who were gifted with the potential to find a cure for cancer or other diseases. I believe that right now there is an individual who has the potential to find a cure for cancer. My theory is that due to the bad characteristics and failures of manking as a nation and due to the fact that mankind chooses not to unite and attempt to be one big community, the consequence of this is poverty and unequality amongst countries. This in my opinion, results in the potential of many individuals which could have done great things to be wasted. I believe that this is the mistake of mankind.
