      peace Bigmo,
Scientists have recreated the birth of amino acids in a lab by creating the same conditions as on earth a few billion years ago.
And the fact that bacteria become immune to antibiotics is proof that nature can indeed give species advantageous traits and they can be passed down to the offsprings.

        Peace Lobster,

I believe bacteria do NOT become immune rather the already immune ones survive and replicate.

They created amino acids in a test-tube which were also detected in meteorites. Odds are astronomical going from amino acids to cells which reproduce. Experiment also produced other products which would kill the process.

        http//www.sp.uconn.edu/~terry/images/mols/aastructure.gif

This is like saying silicon molecules will evolve into super computers which are nothing more than 0?s and 1?s or combinations of simple yes/no logic with no mention of the meticulous construct and millions lines of code involved in the programming.

They assume gases, clay, and water hit by lighting created a bacterium creature with DNA code and it somehow was able to start to eat, shit, and replicate until a rift happened between ancestors of trees and people who decided to stop being tree-huggers?lol

No explanation for initial origin of life or its decay/death programmed in DNA.

Once again, experiment did NOT produce life only amino acids (wrong type are detrimental to life) which is analogous to growing Silicon Germanium in a lab, leaving it alone for a billion years expecting it will evolve into a trillion supercomputers each with billion lines of "intelligent program code" able to replicate itself (make backup copies), produce it's own children (create newer advanced computers), and age/die/delete it?s own account (nun de plume# rm -rf / ) at appropriate time.

Even oldest species on earth "cyanobacteria" has been unchanged for 3-4 billion years is more complex than today?s fastest supercomputers being built...

        http//news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/5322704.stm

As a side note; I was at Lawrence Livermore Labs meeting with the folks running BlueGene (world?s fastest super compute cluster) which has over 28 PetaBytes of data mostly for simulations to ensure nuclear stockpiles are ?ready? and reason US signed the non proliferation treaty; no need for real tests when you can safely simulate.

With all of today?s knowledge and using world?s fastest computers doing experiments in ?controlled? environments can not succeed ? they produce a few proteins by spiking the bioreactor with genes?

        http//pda.physorg.com/lofi-news-lib...ells_8460.html

Less than a year ago, Libchaber and Vincent Noireaux, a postdoc in his lab, created a vesicle bioreactor, where a phospholipid membrane surrounds an essential-nutrient containing liquid. Into this sphere, they placed a small strand of DNA containing three genes. They showed that this cell-like structure could produce proteins and sustain itself for up to four days as long as the environment remained stable. Since then, Libchaber and Noireaux, along with three other colleagues, have tackled other basic problems that cells have to face every day.

Take away the vesicle bioreactor, computers, people, and leave only rocks and gases, then let?s see what gets created. Nothing!

They?d do better making yogurt and pickled tomatoes?LOL

If this wont convince you, nothing will. It's one of the latest microbiological evidences for evolution. GOD Bless!

              This theory proposes the following?

              1. There was once a common ancestor of humans/apes with 48 chromosomes.
              2. Offspring mutated with pair #2 fused; thus born with 46 chromosomes.
              3. Then this genetically disordered offspring mated with???

Humans get 23 chromosomes from their mother and 23 from their father.

If the above events were true; then?

23 chromosomes paired with 24 of another offspring producing 46 and not 47?

              http//www.mun.ca/biology/desmid/brian/BIOL2250/Week_Two/chronumb.jpg

Notice donkey and horse are 31 and 32. A mule is the offspring of a mare (female horse) and a jackass (male donkey). The offspring of a male horse (stallion) and a female ass (jenny) is called a hinny. Number of the mule is 63 which are sterile and can?t reproduce.

Mutations usually lead to deformities in offspring and extermination of species.

Notice also the same assumptions would make a human related to a potato. ;D

YUSUFALI O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women;- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you) for Allah ever watches over you.
PICKTHAL O mankind! Be careful of your duty to your Lord Who created you from a single soul and from it created its mate and from them twain hath spread abroad a multitude of men and women. Be careful of your duty toward Allah in Whom ye claim (your rights) of one another, and toward the wombs (that bare you). Lo! Allah hath been a watcher over you.
SHAKIR O people! be careful of (your duty to) your Lord, Who created you from a single being and created its mate of the same (kind) and spread from these two, many men and women; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah, by Whom you demand one of another (your rights), and (to) the ties of relationship; surely Allah ever watches over you.

                  Keep denying...

Man you failed to rea,ize tht the fusion occured in the exact same place on the genome where apes have it. What are the chances of tht? Further evidence is tht of enogenous retrovirusus. They are viruses once found and attached as junk DNA in primates and other prior species. We have them at the exact same place as them upto a certain point and then they split off. And these viruses if acquired from surroundings attach at random palces so this is extremely significant. Infact with this we can also tell how far we are from other species inc mammals reptiles plants, etc.

The verse is talking about manking and not all creation or all creation on Earth(Adam ). We are not saying whether evolution occurred or did not, we are saying science does not yet support that and thus far seems to indicate it would have been a miraculous event had it occurred. Science seems to contradict the theory and not support it. Thus evolution can not remain a valid scientific explanation.

Whether it occurred or did not we really do not know thus its based on faith and not science. We know species seems to have emerged in stages of complexity according to fossil record, yet we have yet to see how they evolved from each other. Science have shown certain hypothesis and predictions had it occurred, but has yet to show HOW could it have occurred.

Was Adam's wife made FROM Adam?

It might be inconsistent but it's the best we have.

Yes as far as I know or maybe they were made together..

As far as its the best we have, science does not operate that way. The problem with Darwanist is they are putting more beef on the science they have and also not interpreting the results fairly. Then they attack other scientist who do not support their conclusions and try to have them banned and banished from the science community(like Sunni Islam ;D) as the sad case with the recent incident with Iowa State and Guillermo Gonzalez one of the authors of the excellent book "The priveleged Planet".

As for Adam and Eve being made together, pay attention to the wording. Is there a Quranic verse that shows this being is Adam? Not from what I've seen.

As for Darwinists, it doesn't matter about the messenger, listen to the message and verify it.

Not true, as the conditions in the Universe could only create Life, thus meaning this Universe's only outcome could be life. Thus the starting Laws of the Universe were made so to create Life as a result.
