Also when i dream, and when something bad happens like i get hurt or something, i can feel something on the part i got hurt, but not the real pain it should inflict, just a little thing.
And sometimes, when i dream and am about to fell out of the bed, i feel i'm doing it in the dream, then im next to fall but i wake up either just before or when i'm on the floor. haha

When we sleep, motor neurons get blocked, preventing us from acting out our dreams, and this is scientifically proved.
) ) Other day when i came back tired after playing tennis. I hit the bed, dozed off , and started to drift into a dream. I was kinda half awake half dreaming and saw my self playing tennis, and then i hit a big forehand; "And next, i was fully awake with my wife staring strangely at me ??? She said, "you have hit me with a full blow of your right hand ; what is wrong with you? >
;D I immediately realised what had happened. I was probably at a point where i was just drifting into sleep and dreaming, but my motor neurons were probably yet in the process of blocking out my actions when this happened , and i let go that big Agassi kinda forehand.
caution; tempt you may not use this excuse to Darraba your wife. >

I think it's a metaphorical likeness of death to sleep. Maybe the state of sleep is similar to death (don't know how, since I haven't died) but there are some commonalities between them - a) near complete lack of perception of the outside world and b) time lapsing - several hours of sleep feel like a few minutes (1819).
"The fact, though, is that our dreams are coming from our self, not from anywhere else. Though I have no idea what our "self" contains or can contain."
Proof? It could be that each time you dream it's like rolling a million sided dice and the 1 in a million dice roll will predict a future event, hence very few people experiencing "out of world" dreams, but to have them recurring in succession, just makes it seem a little strange, against the odds, should I say.
I don't know if there is actual scientific proof of what I'm saying. Scientist have observed that the pre-frontal cortex (the part that inhibits our 'instinctual' responses and makes sure we don't make a fool out of ourselves) has very little function during sleep and dreaming. So the conscious part of our mind is gone, leaving behind the subconscious, which is exactly what happens during hypnotism, people lose their inhibitions and do crazy stuff.
I was doing some research (if you can call it that)...trying to make sense out of brain wave patterns. I thought that the brain waves during relaxation and meditation would be close to that of REM sleep when we are dreaming, but I was wrong. During dreams, we're wide awake, except we're asleep. BUT, I read on wikipedia that studies done on long time buddhist meditators showed that their brains were in the gamma state during meditation, and gamma is I think a more advanced form of beta waves (awake state).
Doing the whole brain wave matching thing kind of confused me and I'm still trying to make sense of it all. I think I could prove my position using these brain wave scans. the only problem is, this stuff is probably more complicated than i think, and I can't actually use it unless I know everything there is to know about it.But again, it is a fact that our brains aren't actually walking out into space.
And the quran says we go to god when we sleep, and where is god? closer to us than our jugular. Our "self" is projecting these dreams, the question is, what the hell is the "self?" -

That explains why everytime I try dividing 2 by 1, I get 1.20923482905324534634.
