Masjids that Oppose God and His Messenger
There are those who abuse the masjid by practicing idol worship, dividing the believers, and providing comfort to those who oppose GOD and His messenger. They solemnly swear "Our intentions are honorable!" GOD bears witness that they are liars.
Do Not Pray in Those Masjids
You shall never pray in such a masjid. A masjid that is established on the basis of righteousness from the first day is more worthy of your praying therein. In it, there are people who love to be purified. GOD loves those who purify themselves.
Is one who establishes his building on the basis of reverencing GOD and to gain His approval better, or one who establishes his building on the brink of a crumbling cliff, that falls down with him into the fire of Hell? GOD does not guide the transgressing people.
Such a building that they have established remains a source of doubt in their hearts, until their hearts are stilled. GOD is Omniscient, Most Wise.

I have no problem praying the Sunni way and don't think they're disbelievers, just misguided sheep whose brain has never been put to full use.
Now I dislike Sunni sermons, so full of illiterate stuff, so I tend to avoid them. Plus I believe mosques were places for the community to debate their issues and that's what they should be, rather than passively hear someone preach among the convinced. If I'm to listen passively, let it be music I like. Anything less is a waste of time.
Then in my view, quite a few of my activities would qualify as praying, so I don't practice a praying ritual per se, nor am I spiritual enough for such a thing.
So to answer your question more directly, yes, I do go to mosques sometimes. To accompany a family member mostly. Or when it's been a long time, to keep myself connected with part of my roots.
Do I believe women should wear the hijab or be segregated from men? On this board, you'd probably get a unanimous no.

Hi, Falcon. Thanks for input. Calling them misguided sheep is harsh, but I know few people who also say what you say. I not like to judge people for beliefs. Many of these "misguided sheep" are old people I know. Is not nice to call people such bad name. Is more about accepting things to be true because is always been that way. Is what the imam told them and many not have ability or time to read or just plain believe religious leader since he is suppose to be "expert." Is what they grow up with; what they are told from young age. Is hard to convince people to change mind once mind already made up and once they believe something all their life.

I am Quran Alone believer. I have no mosque to go to, in Quran chapter 9 it is forbidden to pray in a mosque which is occupied by disbelievers.
If there was a mosque where I could go, then no hijab would be required, men and women would pray togather, and mensurating women would allowed to mix with men in the mosque.
Until that mosque is created I pray at home..

You could; or you could also choose not to go to "any place that mandate wearing a headscarf for entrance" if that is so important to you.
Another example is I don't like to wear a tuxedo, but on some places there is an "ethics code" which mandated for every male to wear a tuxedo.
Thus I could- Wear a tuxedo and enter the place.
- Decides not to enter the place at all.
It is that simple, the judgement is of course dependent on the situation and context.
