Good question. I guess there's some popularity in the Tucson community, although they are mostly upholders of the '19 miracle' thing and/or are followers of RK and call themselves Submitters. On the other hand there isn't much good news coming out of Egypt on 'Quranites' http//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=14443.0
I wonder if there are any other little groups elsewhere (apart from the one in pakistan) and how people are perceiving the concept of God/Quran alone.

I agree that it often feels that no one understands but one reason may be that the notion of Quran alone has simply never been heard of in many parts of the world. The times I've mentioned it to people close to me I've been told to 'stop going into detail', or to 'follow what our parents have passed down' (I love how the Quran tells us people will use that awful excuse), and to stop visiting sites 'made by jews which present a wrong Islam'. People simply cannot accept it as the truth because years and years of brainwashing which makes a person incapable of making their own decisions and choices. No one I know in person is willing to think for themselves because it means questioning the majority view. God willing the true message will reach more people, and we should all try to help in that cause so that they are 'lost' no more, if the Lord wills.

I do not think Masons worship Satan. They do worship a divine being. You have to believe in God in order to be a Mason. Whether this God is Allah, or Vishnu.

The higher the order of degree you are initiated into, the more secrets you learn, ie. another degree, another revalation.

Many muslims, christains, humans in general will be fooled, and these false messiahs will lead the world out of scripted war, only to announce a new world enslaved global market, years after they are entrusted with absolute authority. -

I agree Sweden Majida, we could use some of bro Noahs insight into many issues here, he did alot of well documented research for us on particular topics. We could sure use him around here nowadays, we are too few and far between for us to lose a brother of his qualities.

I do not agree with this. I have seen several debates in Egyptian TV about the Quranist. They are definently emerging. Remember it took Wahhabism nearly 180 years to take off. It started at 1770 and only spread 30 or 40 years ago. the Muslim brotherhood was formed in 1920s yet it took only after the 73 war for it to emerge and then spread. So we are seeing a emergence today, it will take time but we need to be doing what we are doing. I have recently visited some arabic forums and I have seen some Quranist brothers who really are getting involved and spreading their message. However remember we are not united, and we have differing views on many issues. People hear different things about us. But we are doing fine, all we need is some more video we can download in youtube or something. All the Sunnis and Shia admit their is a new emergence of Quranist and we are slowly gaining acceptance. But we are still not united and many of us are still confused about what Islam should be. Remember stepping in the ring is not the hardest part, is what to do once you are there thats hard. Thats why the Islamist failed. They only cared about getting to power and not what happens afterwards and screwed up. hypno

True Bigmo, it does seem the message is getting out there, at least they heard of us and talk about us now,, I was in a an Islam chatroom the other day and started talking about following Quran only and they got mad at me, then when I proved them some points with the Quran they kicked me from the room, unbelievable, it reminded me of one I first converted to Islam and I started to argue with Christians (which I used to be) when I made my point to them with the bible verses they said I was a liar and they would kick me also,
