Are,Nosebila,Hadithists dissobeying Allah and his messenger?

clearly anything suggested musn't be missrepresented this is for disscussion only!
Allah says in variouse aytes to our prophet say"................."
obviously Allah has told us to obey the messenger so shouldn't we be obeying all the commands of the messenger which he will verbaly tell us according to that which allah has said i.e Say"..............."to him.
And in other aytes Allah directly says to us "O , believers............."
again according to Allah's order 3336,3371.
"Do as commanded by Allah and his Messenger."
likewise obeying others like bukhari,muslim,tirmadhi e.t.c would actually be shirk - obeying other commanders rather then Allah and his Messenger
going against "do as commanded by allah and his Messenger" for no way has Allah said Obey Allah and Bukri, as you no dought get the meaning.Any refutaions welcomed - SALAAMS.
