I have the same question for the Netherlands. I already have the Monotheist Translation on my book shelve (that one is available on Dutch websites), but I would also like to order the Reformist Translation, which is not available on Dutch online bookstores. brickwall

I believe you can order a copy or find a link to on the website 19.org I eventually found a PDF version with a little googling
