quran alone scholars

peace
could someone please name some scholars who follow only quran,
preferably someone who spent years maybe even decades studying quran
Actually there is quite a bit but its hard to get access to their teachings since they are always banned. I know Dr. Subhi Mansour, very knowledgable but mostly in Arabic. There is Edip Yuksel. There is the Malaysian guy Kassim. There are a few i heard about but can not get access to their books. I like Gamal Banna who will be considered by many here as not Koranist enough but he is also knowledgeable. There is also Mohammed Sheikh, the Pakistani. He has a lecture video here

I know there are more but they are always being banned. Its slowly coming out. What I really want are Koranic Arabic experts.
Then of course we have with us in here Samia. She is actually more knowledgable than I thought.
There is also the Pakistani group called Tulei-Islam or something like that.
However there are various divisions between them. Some are complete Koranist(aloners) others seperate between the rituals and hadiths and others only accept hadiths that does not contradict Koran. But thats what I like about this trend, its flexible like the Koran is flexible and the Koran stands neutral not giving anyone of them the ability to rebut the other.

Peace,
I think one can say Muhammad Abduh and Rashid Rida who were scolars of Al Azhar who were classed as apostates by the saudi clerics. They are both dead but one can find information readily on them. I am not so sure whether they were relying only on the Quran alone, but they did put into question the hadiths. Unless someone knows better.

Greetings....
I have to say....just be careful not to jump out of the frying pan into the proverbial fire in terms of relying on 'scholars'. nope
Each of us has a direct connection with the Divine via our hearts. Trust in it. yes
Just give yourself sometime every day (morning and night) to be quiet and make the place in your heart to listen.
Trust and have faith in God. handshake
And Trust yourself. sun

Right, its that tradition Gamal Banna follows. No, they are not considered Koran aloners or even rejectors of hadiths. They are the third type, they only accept hadiths that does not contradict the Koran. They criticized the reliance of past hadith scholars on Isnad rather than the matn to authenticate a hadith report.
The problem when you try to stay in the middle is you get rejected by both sides. I think all taken together provide interesting insight. I try to stay away from rigid ideologies. There is nothing called the absolute truth.
11.45-47 And Noah called upon his Lord, and said "O my Lord! surely my son is of my family! and Thy promise is true, and Thou art the justest of Judges!", He said "O Noah! He is not of thy family for his conduct is unrighteous. So ask not of Me that of which thou hast no knowledge! I give thee counsel, lest thou become one of the ignorants!"- Noah said "O my Lord! I do seek refuge with Thee, from asking Thee for that of which I have no knowledge. And unless thou forgive me and have Mercy on me, I should indeed be among the losers!"
2.30. Behold, thy Lord said to the angels "I will create a vicegerent on earth." They said "Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?" He said "I know what ye know not."
2.31. And He taught Adam the nature of all things; then He placed them before the angels, and said "Tell me the nature of these if ye are right."
2.32. They said "Glory to Thee, of knowledge We have none, save what Thou Hast taught us In truth it is Thou Who art perfect in knowledge and wisdom."
2.33. He said "O Adam! Tell them their natures." When he had told them, God said "Did I not tell you that I know the secrets of heaven and earth, and I know what ye reveal and what ye conceal?
If the angels had limited knowledge and also the prophets, why should I accept absolute truth from anybody? confused
