    SALAM TO ALL

H.AAFIZ.O cALAA AS.- S.ALAWAAT WA- AS.- S.ALAAH AL- WUST.AA WA- QOMO LI- 'ALLAAH QAANITEN FA- 'IN KHIFTUM FA- RIJAAL(AN) 'AW RUKBAAN(AN) FA- 'IDHAA 'AMINTUM FA- UDHKURO 'ALLAAH KA-MAA cALLAMA -KUM MAA LAM TAKONO TAcLAMON 2238/239

Guard the prayers, and the middle prayer, and stand up to Allah devout And if ye fear, then on foot or riding; then when ye are secure, remember Allah in the way He hath taught you which ye ever knew not. . 2238/239

There is no command to pray but to guard the prayers and the middle prayer. As there is no fear attached to the ritual prayers therefore it does not need any protection. When the command is to guard the five prayers then what is the need of a separate command to guard the middle prayer. Is that the middle prayer more important, worthy, or greater than the rest of the ritual prayers, OR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FIVE RITUAL PRAYERS.

Is there any method to guard the ritual prayers?

And if you fear then on foot or riding, what is the fear? Is the fear of not guarding the ritual prayers? Is the fear of not guarding the middle ritual prayer? Is the fear of not standing up to Allah devout?

How could we ever think of ritually praying on foot or riding? What is the fear that will compel us to pray ritually on foot or riding rather than standing? How can anyone prostrate or bow while on foot and riding? If we can ritually pray on foot then we can very well pray ritually while standing. The subject discussed before this verse and after this verse is DIVORCE and I don't think that there is any fear in divorce that will force us to ritually pray on foot or riding. Even in a situation like war we can easily pray while standing rather than on foot.

    IN KHIFTUM IF YOU FEAR.

FA- 'IN KHIFTUM 'AN LAA YUQEMAA H.UDOD 'ALLAAH 2229
Then if you fear that they would not be able to keep the limits ordained by Allah

WA- 'IN KHIFTUM 'AN LAA TUQSIT.O FE AL- YATAAMAA 43
And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls

WA- 'IN KHIFTUM SHIQAAQ BAYNA -HUMAA 435
If you fear a breach between them twain

IN KHIFTUM 'AN YAFTIN -KA 'ALLADHENA KAFARO 4101
If you fear that the disbelievers may attack you

    WA- 'IN KHIFTUM cAYLAH 928
    And if ye fear poverty

In all the above verses Allah has mentioned the kind of fear, but in verse 2239 there is no fear mentioned and it means the subject mentioned in verse 238 is the cause of fear

The subject mentioned are guarding the ritual prayers and the middle prayers and standing devoutly for Allah.

Then it should read like this

And if you fear that you cannot guard the prayers and the middle prayers then pray on foot or riding.

And if you fear that you cannot stand devoutly for Allah then pray on foot or riding.

    Is there any logic?

IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN EXPALIN THIS?
