Can you actually read arabic ??

In 521 There is NO Alif-ra-Dad-alif (ardza). The word is Alif-Ra-Dad (ardz) hypno So QD didn't have the meanings you were looking for and you went on to Lane's, interesting. And again wrong page number, its page 47.

I would learn how to read the quran before translating it, if i were you.

    Sorry mate

    can't read full stop.

    elektro

I am glad some one can voodoo

    Thanks.

      simple,

In my previous message I pointed out it wasn't a case of grammar. Also, you ignored what I wanted you to clarify.

I believe the secret isn't in the grammer at all but finding what the meanings of words where 1400 years ago That is the ideal way - 100% fool proof.

But if we had a compendium of Arabic Metaphors that would be a great Asset as well.

Why would finding the meanings of words help you if you are happy to ignore letters in the Arabic Quran? In any case, there is such a book if you wish to improve the quality of your so-called "translations"

I have the above book. It may not contain a complete list however.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

Let me explain- when you want to translate between two language ,as i see, the only way is to comprehend the message and then translate it so

in English you say " with gods help" in Urdu you say " Allah ki maddad se" the English has three words and Urdu has four.

Sometimes you may be adding words or subtracting words and to argue over things which don't change the overall message is a waste of time.

Grammer doesn't matter the message does.

Just think if the wording changed to "with Joe's help"

Why would finding the meanings of words help you if you are happy to ignore letters in the Arabic Quran? In any case, there is such a book if you wish to improve the quality of your so-called "translations"

        see above.

        Thanks- you're a gent.

And well ye knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath We said to them "Be you abject/mean, despised and rejected."

(hope you know which word here is apes)

So swindling with cunning - that is transgressing, how will people see such a person , won't he be mean, despised, rejected?

meanings of words matter a great deal..........to me anyway.

        Thanks.
        God Bless All.
