I listened to your interview on ABC radio in Australia. I would like to take this opportunity to say that you are doing a great job in promoting Islam and making people aware of what Islam is.
I think the lady who interviewed you has a very patronizing view on Islam and does her best to make it out as backward and needing 'reform'. By reform, she means disregarding the Quran. The first guest on her show was pathetic and did not even understand the Quranic views on war (as in he takes the Quranic verses out of context as per the evangelical christians!). I don't think she fully understood your opinions on Islam and felt you would be more of an 'Irshad Manji' type figure who denigrates the Quran.
However, I think the weakest point of your interview was on the mathematical code. Your implication that the code is a necessity to prove the Quran is from God is not justified in my opinion. If I was in your position with your knowledge I would have used the interview to go through the Quranic verses forbidding hadith, correct Sunni/Shia misconceptions of Islam (e.g. women, war) from the Quran and then destroy the historical basis for the hadith. I would then talk about the philosophy of the Quran and how it is applicable to modern times (e.g. war in Iraq in the western world, freedom of speech in the Sunni/Shia world).

The interview was very good. I skipped the first one because Roshan said it was a bit wacky. But you did a good job with explaining that you are not "reforming" but more like sweeping away tradition/fabrications. I also agree with Roshan that you don't need to know 19 to realise the Quran is from God. As 19 is only a recent discovery and people have been believers since long ago. But nevertheless you did a great job and sounded very knowledgable and fair.Best Wishes with the Conference and I wish I could attend but I live in Australia

EdipI do not like the description they give it. It sounds like you try to make islam fit western societies.
Personally i don't care if they think what is in the quran fits the western society or not.

By the way Edip, did you know that Ahmad Mansour's website has now banned anyone who questions the validity of the 5 prayer rituals? So what is this guy doing hanging around a heretic conference? And why do you associate with someone who does not accept dissenting views and yet pretends like he is a dissenter in a heretic conference?

I liked it, well done. The 19 stuff was not to my liking but it was ok.
I liked how you corrected her first question which was a crucial misinterpretation on what she thought you were about "reforming Islam". Perhaps she didn't appreciate the seemingly small but severe error. I am confident she is not the only one to have made this mistake, you probably get this all the time.
Also, I liked the point you made about the attachment Traditionalists have to tradition in the sense that if their tradition is undermined they see it as an attack on disproving their faith/Islam/etc when in reality this is not the case. Exactly like how those same Muslims undermine the tradition associated with Jesus. You may wish to use terms such as "the hadith of Jesus" when referring to The Bible to emphasise a point.
