How Mohamed (PBUH) would know this one., how did he know that the sun and the moon float in an ORBIT.

If the website that you mentioned is true and not written by some one in our recent days to spread doubts about the Quran, Prophet Mohamed did not speak Greek, nor had leaved in Greece.
How about the Human embryo and the traveling through the sky issue, did anybody knew it before (maybe some one will say that he discovered ancient documents about someone in the old days who discovered that before the Quran)?

well!
with respects I have a friend who is a Hafiz he believes in Hadiths Bukhari and co plus the quran - he says 100%.
I told him a hadith about the world being on the horn of an Ox and everytime the Ox gets the urge he tosses the earth from one horn to the other to relax - so we get earthquakes,mind you the Hindus believe this -its in their religion also. Now science refutes this as you have read above So is it worth accepting research of others?
by the way there isn't just one but hundreds of websites books and all. Its taught the world over - the previous scientists.
And the other points you asked are similer and i am sure you will have more time to spare to research then me.

I think that cosmicdancer is either someone who is lost and trying to find the Path of God (God will help him), or he or she is trying to mislead people from the true path of God (God will take care of him)

Relax, none of us knows who will be punished and who will not, except the names that were revealed in the Quran. The ones that I remember are Pharos & Satin (I take it that you are not one of them).
Moreover, when God punishes someone in Hillfire, that person deserves to be punished. Do you agree that a person who torture and Kill innocent people due to their religion should be speared?

I wonder what happened to Cosmicdancer. Anyways God has many things in store for the people who hold on to their faith in times of hardship and pain. Faith is never easy but thats why it means something and thats why its rewards are great.
