So according to you obeying other than God is permissible. How ?
Obeying the state ,or obeying parents ,or obeying the probphet ,other than God is a clear "shirk" .

What if you obey both your parents and God. Would that be Shirk?

In the Quran it says obey the Messenger. Since God is telling us to obey the Messenger in the Quran then why are you calling it Shirk to do so? Surely if you are to obey God then you would need to listen to His commands and obey the Messenger.

Here obeying the messenger means the same message (Quran) obedience. Not a different one.So no contradiction.Do you think that obedience of prophet and obedience of God two different things ?

Obeying the Prophet is linked to obeying God because God commands that Muhammed should be obeyed in the Quran. Anything that Muhammed commanded outside of the Quran should therefore be followed. Well thats what i believe anyway.

A clear distinction between Allah and His Messenger; notice who disobeyed and was made an example...

3336-37 It is not for a believer, man or woman, when All?h and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys All?h and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in to a plain error. And when you said to him on whom All?h has bestowed Grace and you have done favour "Keep your wife to yourself, and fear All?h." But you did hide in yourself that which All?h will make manifest, you did fear the people whereas All?h had a better right that you should fear Him. So when Zaid had accomplished his desire from her, We gave her to you in marriage, so that there may be no difficulty to the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons when the latter have no desire to keep them. And All?h's Command must be fulfilled.
