I need an Arabic-speaking volunteer...

Assalamu alaikum,

Recently, I had posted a link to a petition for Mais Shalash, Palestinian singer. I approached two people for help before writing here, but its taking too long for them to get back to me. I am looking for some help in translating, I would anormously appreciate anyones help and ofcourse, the final reward is with God.

Here is what needs translating

The petition text itself at www.ipetitions.com/petition/shalash. (Has to be in english transliteration as the site does not accept arabic font in the main petition description).
I will be sending the link out to a Facebook Mais Shalash group members for which I am a mod, the members are mostly arabic speaking.... and I need the following text in arabic which is going to be in the message (can be in english translit. or arabic font)

"Please sign the following petition for Mais Shalash"

There are 4 Facebook groups on there, as I am only a mod on one...I need to PM other mods of the other groups to ask them to send out to everyone the petition link...so I need the following message in arabic (can be in english translit. or arabic font)

"Can you please forward the following message to all members in your group. Thank you"

That will be all...any help, even partial help in translating any of the above I will appreciate grately!! )
