I've never heard of spaghetti bolinaze before. What is bolinaze?

I've only made the "traditional" italian type of speghetti (anyone here know how to spell spagehtti? lol) that I make with the noodles and meat sauce.

Yes, I know cooking is becoming a lost "art". I learned all my cooking from my mother. Our family never goes out to eat so I learned plenty from my mom.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving at my house and I'm fixing turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean cassarole, homemade bisquits, sweet potatoes, cranberry salads; homemade pumpkin, apple and cherry pies. With the leftover turkey I always make homemade turkey & noodles.

Anyone hungry?

The pies I baked today and the rest gets cooked tomorrow.
