Allow me to inquire as to WHO it was - First of All - that, & WHEN & WHERE- as far as is possible to 'evidentially' trace - that 'laid down' that the "Koran" specifically prohibits the following
EITHER during organized prayer
OR during any time whatsoever

• singing
• instrumental music
• singing accompanied by instrumental music
  With the basis behind such 'prohibition' being known, the issue could well be commented upon further
