Out of interest dose any one do just one Raka per their daily Salat / Salah prayers ? I and a fellow Qur'an Alone Muslim were chatting - discussing Raka's and I put to him that he could do only one Raka in his 5 daily prayers (not per the traditional 2, 4 etc. & if he also wanted to do salat 5 times a day too) as the Qur'an dose not mention anything about the number of Raka's or movements mentioned in the Qur'an, therefore one would be ok (As you are not going against what the Qur'an say's). Dose any one know of anything in the Qur'an that say's otherwise ? I am truly interested as I have other views on Salat / salah too ! welcome
