As I am nearing my 100th post here on FM ,I want to review what has happened here so far.

Firstly , so far none of quranaist (JAQ) has answered the three magical verses from the quran .
1.Verse 2.3
Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them,

2.Verse 56.13 and 14
A company of the former peoples
And a few from those of later times.

3. Verse 2.113
   And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know not.

Secondly, they have fail to derive salah from the quran as well as they could not defend themselves against the traditional salah pattern which is being followed by our ancestors down the ages

finally , JAQ's could not make me clear the manipulation they made regrading Zakah

So this is the story so far

the final out come of the above arguments make me very clear that neither salafi(shai) nor the quranist(JAQ) are correct and the true Islam resides somewhere in between the two

What do you mean with "between"?

I know this has been asked before and I have been reading a few topics about this, some very interesting. I hope you don?t mind me opening a new thread and discuss your views and if you have come across any further piece of information useful to understand the timing for fast.

Fast starting timeEat and drink until the white thread and the black thread of the dawn becomes distinct to you.
So according to the above, the fast starts at dawn (before sunrise).

Fast end time The complete the fast till the night.
According to this the fast finishes when is night.

Completing the fast is different than how I am normally accustomed to, we open iftari at sunset and not at night.

To those of you who fast how do you use the verse above to fast?

Kaaba is nothing but another stone I don't think Allah ask us to do such things and He feels proud or something.
When I did my I got a chance to rest my face on the wall of Kaaba and as soon as I did so I felt that I am doing sajda in front of a stone idol in a hindu temple. MaazAllah! That was so horrible. May Allah forgive me for that.

After I came back Allah showed me that hajj has nothing to do with this rituals. Hajj means debate. You can study the topic of Ibrahim where you can see the derivatives of the word hajj is used many times including the story of king.

Brother have you ever wonder why 7 times circling around the building same as hindus circle around fire 7 times during marriage and circle around tulsi tree 7 times early in the morning?

Why there is still a moon and a sun made of gold inside the building kaaba? Why there are so many pots hanging inside the kaaba, the same pots that hindu saints still use today?

That 7 times circling around it cannot be verified from alQuraan.

If you study this matter, inshaAllah you will find more and more proofs that this is not hajj.

9107 and 9108 clarifies that we are not allowed to stand in such masjids. Everyone believes that there were 360 idols inside the kaaba and it was removed at the time of victory. But still we are not allowed to stand in such masjids but we are only allowed to stand on those masjids whose foundation was on taqwa from day one.

How did you turn the meaning of the arabic word "Hadj" into the word debate? Afcourse there can be pondered upon a word. But to change it's entire root?

It is idolatry though, you believe that the ritual of worshiping the building will somehow bless you. Holy buildings or structures are quite common in Pagan religions too in which particularly people have to do things to appease the deity. Doing these things will bless people in return even if the chores would appear meaningless to any rational being.

Personally I find idolatry to be a very silly point though as if it would matter, but yet it would appear primitive to walk around a building several times. There are many points in classical religions I wonder about actually. One is that there appears to be no real purpose of the god creating the world except to be worshiped and let these worshipers dwell in some kind of meaningless paradise, or let the failers of the hidden agenda burn forever in some kind of fiery place called Hell as of that would have any kind of purpose in the long run. Torturing those in a kind of Hell forever just shows the primitive nature of that god as it has emotions (instinct) of revenge. Quite primitive god that does things which have no purpose. In that case the wiser god would simply just destroy those failing souls.

Recently i started reading the old testament, at the moment i am reading the proverbs attributed to Solomon. Wise words i can find therein, so that is not the problem.

But then since i was reading the story, i found a mosque on the temple mount in Jerusalem where the early temple build by Solomon should be? It's that Mosque dominated by the "Sunni's" with the yellow/golden dome on the temple mount.

People say it's the farthest mosque/ masdjid al aqsa?

Then i went searching for quranic knowledge, and found in 171 the mentioning of the furthest mosque.

I really want to understand, what the truth is, my Lord. May He increase my Knowledge.

Is there a brother who can point out the truth in this verse to me?
