Al Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa Barakaatuhu

I have a question for those who believes in the 19 miracle. How can you explain the grammar of the verse (7430) is referring to the Qur'an when it's talking in feminine gender. You can't say 3alayha to the qur'an meaning over it. If you want to say over it (over the Qur'an) and referring to the Qur'an you should say 3alayihi instead of 3alayha. And by the way over it and in it are totally different things. Could you explain to me how did you come to the conclusion that verse (7430) is talking about the Qur'an?
