004.157 Waqawlihim inn qataln almaseea AAees ibna maryama rasoola Allhi wam qataloohu wam alaboohu walkin shubbiha lahum wa-inna allaeena ikhtalafoo feehi lafee shakkin minhu m lahum bihi min AAilmin ill ittibAAa a(l){thth}anni wam qataloohu yaqeen(n) That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not- 004.158 Bal rafaAAahu Allahu ilayhi wakana Allahu AAazeezan hakeem Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;- 004.159 Wa-in min ahli alkitabi illa layu/minanna bihi qabla mawtihi wayawma alqiyamati yakoonu AAalayhim shaheed(n) And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment he will be a witness against them;- Let's focus on "but must believe in him (Jesus) before his death" So prophet Jesus is not dead yet??? And the jews/xtians must believe in him (what he truly said) before the "death of Jesus"?? For the Imam Mahdi part, there is no reference on / about him whatsoever in the Quran... Allah knows best
