The information posted in this lengthy article did not consider the following and therefore is invalid.

The city of Makkah is mentioned by name in Quran in 4824 and the next Ayah 4825 mentions Masjid Al Haram. The first Ayah of the same Surah mentions which is pointing to the Prophet Muhammad (AS) conquering Makkah in the overall context of the Surah specially 4824-25.

    4824
And it is He who withheld their hands from you and your hands from them within Makkah after He caused you to overcome them. And ever is Allah of what you do, Seeing.
    4825
They are the ones who disbelieved and obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram while the offering was prevented from reaching its place of sacrifice. And if not for believing men and believing women whom you did not know - that you might trample them and there would befall you because of them dishonor without knowledge. That Allah might admit to His mercy whom He willed. If they had been apart , We would have punished those who disbelieved among them with painful punishment

Muhammad (AS) is the Final Messenger and the Final Prophet

Is a Nabi and a Rasool Different?

What is a Nabi and Babuwwat?
The word Nabi is from the trilateral root which means, he informed or he gave news or information of. It also means Information or announcement. Surah Al-'A`rf verse 175 says that
    7175
And recite to them, , the NEWS of him to whom we gave Our signs, but he detached himself from them; so Satan pursued him, and he became of the deviators.
Raghib says that although it is synonym with news but it signifies, ?an announcement of great utility, from which results either knowledge or a predominance of opinion, and true,?
    782
    About the great news
Nabi (&#1613 means a prophet, one who acquaints or informs mankind or who is acquitted or informed, respecting God or things unseen

What is a Rasool and Rasalat?
The trilateral root for rasool is The triliteral root r sn lm. Rasil means He (a camel) was, or became, easy in pace. means he brought a message. Whereas , signifies the bringing a message.
means, One who has a message; i. e. a messenger . The plural of is and (S, Msb) and
is applied without variation to a male and a female, and to one and to a plural number as in 2616 (Verily 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds) and in 2047 (Verily we are the two messengers of your Lord]; the dual form being here used
The saying in the 25.37 (And the people of Noah - when they denied the messengers, We drowned them) Ez-Zejjaj, says, may mean that they charged with lying Noah alone; for he who charges with lying a prophet charges therewith all the prophets, since they believe in God and in all his messengers

Rasalat and signify the same, that is A message; and a letter; a communication sent from one person or party to another, oral or written
The same word also signifies, a tract, or small treatise or discourse; a i. e. book, or writing, relating to science, or on any subject, comprising a few questions, inquiries, or problems, of one kind The plural for it is . It also means messengership; the messenger?s office or function as in 779 (O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the message of my Lord and advised you, but you do not like advisors)

Is a Nabi and a Rasool Different? Quran?s Answer is No
    4163
Indeed, We have revealed to you, , as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book.
    4164
And messengers about whom We have related to you before and messengers about whom We have not related to you. And Allah spoke to Moses with speech.
The above verse starts with Hurfe Taukeeedin wa nasbin, ?Inna? emphasizing, ?Indeed? for the revelations by Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (AS) as (&#1575 revelations were sent to the prophets, Ibrahim, Ismael, Ishaq, Yaqoob and the Isbat (descendants of Yaqoob, which is also a term used for Bani-Israel, which also include Yousef). In addition to that same revelations were also sent to the prophets Eesa, Ayyub, Yonus, Haroon and Suleman. So until this point of the verse under consideration it comes out as a undeniable evidence that same revelations were sent to all messengers or prophets. The last phrase states that Daud was given the book which is erroneously translated as Zabur since here is used as a common noun so must be translated as a book.
    (1) It should be further noted that since is in accusative case and also due to the fact that all prophets mentioned in this verse (also including those who were the descendants of Yaqoob but are not mentioned here by name) were given the revelation in the form of the book just like the prophet Muhammad (AS).
    (2) The verse immediately after this verse (4164) further widens the domain of prophets by saying that, ?And messengers about whom We have related to you before and messengers about whom We have not related to you.? Thus a simple conclusion from the two verses together is that all the messengers (rasool) were given the message (revelations) in the form of a book. Another evident conclusion from above is that all the messengers were always given the same or similar message or revelations.
    (3) Another important fact evident from the above two verses is that the plural word in 416e, which had been mentioned to receive revelations, is substituted by the plural word . This substitution confirms without doubt that (a) all the messengers were also given the same revelations and books as were the prophets (b) if all messengers and prophets were given the same or similar revelations. It also means that all the Rasools are Nabi as well. This will be further strengthened with more arguments below.
Some Characteristics of a Nabi and Rasool
    (1) They are always a nabi and a rasool at the same time 1951, 1954 4163 and 4164 as well as 2213 and 5725
    (2) Every Rasool is born as a Nabi 1951, 1954, 1930 (Easa), 339 (Yahya), 126 and 689 (Yousuf)
    (3) Nabi is the designation and thus is a person chosen to bring the news of unseen (Ref ). Every one of them is then given assignment of messengership (rasalat) when he reaches full maturity 1222 (Yousuf), 2814 and 2621 and 287 (Moosa), 2171-74 (Loot), 2179 (Suleman and Daud)
    (4) They are a witness for his Ummah
    (5) They are truthful 1941 and 1956
    (6) They are from righteous as in 2130, 339, 683-85, 37112
    (7) They are preferred over the words ( &#1614 683-86
(8.) They are chosen and guided to the straight path ( &#1613 683-88
    (9) They do not mix their beliefs with injustice 682-6-87
    (10) They do not associate anyone with Allah 683-88
    (11) They are all given the book ( ) and authority (&#1614 and Prophethood (&#1614
    (12) They are the examples and are required to be followed as an example by all 690
    (13) They are chosen by Allah 687, 126, 162, 16121, 1958, 20122 and 6850
    (14) They are all human beings 3,39 and 3615
    (15) They only deliver the message of Allah 592, 1682, 2454 and 6412 (Muhammad), 2918 (Ibrahim) 1635 and 3617 (All messengers)
    (16) They are all made leaders by Allah 2169-73 (Ibrahim, Loot, Ishaq and Yaqoob) 3224 (Prophets of Bani Israel)
    (17) We must believe in the Allah as well as the prophets 648
(1 All of them carried exactly the same message
    (19) Certain messengers were given some additional specific attributes as required by the environment 2253 and 1755
    (20) Otherwise, Allah makes no distinction among them as far as submission to the Allah and the message is concerned nor we should 384

Further Evidence from Quran that A Nabi is also a Rasool
    1951
And mention in the Book, Moses. Indeed, he was chosen, and he was a messenger and a prophet.
    1954
And mention in the Book, Ishmael. Indeed, he was true to his promise, and he was a messenger and a prophet.

We can again see the evidence here that Ismael in 1954 is mentioned as a messenger and a prophet at the same time. If we look back in 4163, his name is directly mentioned. We can also see that the name of Moosa is also mentioned in 1951 as a messenger and a prophet. He is indirectly included in 4163 as he is in the descendants of yaqoob (Yousef (AS) who was the sun of Yaqoob moved to Egypt and along with him moved the Bani-Israel, Moosa (AS) is among ?the descendants? of Yaqoob or .

Conclusive Evidence "All Prophets Came with the Books"
    2213
Mankind was one community ; then Allah sent the PROPHETS as bringers of good tidings and warners AND sent down with them the BOOK in truth to judge between the people concerning that in which they differed. And none differed over the Scripture except those who were given it - after the clear proofs came to them - out of jealous animosity among themselves. And Allah guided those who believed to the truth concerning that over which they had differed, by His permission. And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path.

All Messengers Alos with the Books
    5725
We have already sent OUR MESSENGERS with clear evidences AND SENT DOWN WITH THEM THE BOOK and the balance that the people may maintain in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.

Muhammad (AS) is the Final Messenger and the Final Prophet
    616
And when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of A MESSENGER to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."

The above verse provides yet another clear evidence that only ?one messenger? has been predicted to come after Easa (AS).
    3340
Muhammad is not the father of one of your men, but the Messenger of Allah and seal of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing.

Since is in accusative case (mansoob) and motoofun ala , which is itself in accusative case in the above verse therefore, the correct translation of the above verse is as follows

Muhammad is not the father of one of your men, but the last Messenger of Allah and seal of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing.

It is therefore, one more conclusive evidence that there can no nabi and no rasool to come after Muhammad (AS).

The only difference in a Nabi and Rasool is that All are born as NABI and chosen by Allah, When they get fully matured (mentally) then they are gievn the assignment of Rasalat (messengership).
